Best drs and staff hands down... the only complain I have is NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE AND NO RETURN CALL AT ALL.. but other than that great physically ever dr I have seen the is been help me especially bonnie. Thanks guys keep up the hard work....

Dr. Uhrik is the best anesthesiologist and pain doctor in AZ. Compassionate and understanding to the needs of his patients. All of the Docs and staff have gone out of there way for me. Outstanding!

Dr Otto Uhrik is my pain management Doctor. On this visit I went in for injection of gel into my knee. It should help to assist in not needing my cane for walking for around 6 months. I hope it works.

Absolutely worse Pain Doctor I have ever had and I personally don’t think he should be allowed to prescribe medication. I have had to fight to get my prescriptions refilled each and every month for years. His office will tell me each month that the Doctor will refill my prescription ASAP but nothing is ever sent to the pharmacy. It has gotten so bad until I documented each instance and reported it to the Arizona State Medical Board which is now investigating. This doctor has zero empathy for humanity and he reflects this by the way he interacts with patients behind closed doors. On a side note... THE ENTIRE OFFICE SMELLS LIKE A FILTHY CONVALESCENT HOME!!! The facility is disgusting and filthy! Dr Uhrik is extremely rude. You can't get a hold of any of his staff. Even the pharmacy was unable to contact anybody in his office to get a prescription corrected. And there was an issue with every prescription he wrote except for maybe 3 out of approx 20 visits. That caused me to go 3 days without pain meds on occasion. I ended up getting a cortisone injection at neurologists office and he threatened to kick me out of his program as I didn't use him for the service. POOR bedside manner. Received 2 different bills for co-pays that were paid in office. Had to make copies of my office receipt and take to them for proof as you can NEVER get a hold of staff. Would NEVER recommend this facility to anybody. Have had a great experience with another pain management doctor for the last 3 years with NO complications and patients are treated well. They rarely answer their phone and they rarely run on time for appointments. The office changes doctors every year or so and the office staff don't seem to know what is going on.

Dr. Uhrik is is a gifted doctor. He is incredibly skilled and really understands the challenges and needs of patients who live with constant pain. He cares about his patients as people. I see Bonnie, she is fabulous. She treats me with respect and had empathy for everything I am personally going through. Not just my pain. She is the best NP I've ever been to over several years. They are strick with refilling your scripts, it must be your 30 days or you have to wait a couple days. Sometimes it is hard to get through on the phone but other than that I would recommend this office unless your just seeking unreasonable pills. If I could give 0 stars I would. This office doesn't answer the phones. The staff is rude and the doctor is even worse. I don't reccomend this place.

Turned me away even though I had to 3 spinal diseases and four spinal surgeon recommendations for pain management. There is something really screwy with a doctor that does that without even a half-decent convincing explanation.

I have been seeing Larry and am very happy with him....he makes sure I understand everything he is talking to me

THe Best Pain Physician in the world, fantastic bedside manner and a solid person as well. Be honest with him and he will help tremendously. Again he's the tops and a GREAT Doctor and a great person as well. I love his humor too.

The staff sux add!! I called them to refill a Rx at 4pm and said they would get back before 5pm. They are liars and left the office at 4pm. They evidently don't care!!! I've been going there for 8 years and love Dr Urick and his pa Larry fisher if it wasn't for them nothing would get done. Get rid of the dead weight and people who love the job. I don't want to go somewhere else after 8 years but I will if things are addressed. Thank you Dr Urick Nd Jerry!!!

Do not waste your time going to this incompetent Dr and his staff . Facility is dirty and staff is unprofessional. They are happy to take your money but incapable of doing their jobs or returning phone calls . Patients deserve to be treated with respect and this office does not know the definition of respect . Staff does not care .

Dr. Uhrik for some reason said he could not help me, even though I had four spine surgeons stating I needed pain management badly. I went to another pain Doctor and he immediately took me in. Very odd for a doctor to act that way to someone in such need and who had all the documentation and surgeon recommendations.

I didn't even make it past phone call with Brandon who made me feel like another dollar in the door. I was referred here by someone and was willing to drive 60 miles roundtrip after hearing about the doctor being great. Well I was given misleading information about what all was needed paper work and when I called to ask (after my doctor said they faxed the referral) if they got what was needed OMG Brandon was so rude, unprofessional, and I told him I felt like he was making me feel unwelcomed..he told me I CAN GO ELSEWHERE. Are you serious, then I said can I talk to your supervisor to which he responded yes, followed by no she's not at her desk I am the manager. Had the best experience here. The Dr. Is very nice and the staff was great . would recomend him to everyone.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Both Dr Uhrik and Hyon Wilson are very kind and helpful too and explain things very clearly I recommend this place to anyone. If you want to be treated nicely schedule an apt with this place.

I have been coming to this Dr for six years now, and he is awesome, he listens to what you have to say. He is not one of those Dr's that pretends to listen. The staff here is amazing as well. I have recommended them to many friends and family.

Dr. Uhrik is in my opinion very educated and can help in ways other doctors can't. Dr. Uhrik has been nothing but RESPECTFUL and CONSIDERATE. Dr. Uhrik takes care of me and has helped me with my SEVERE Nerve damage and has given me the best advice on how to find relief when my feet are sweaty but feel like they're in a bowl of ice and how to cool them down when they feel like they're on fire. As for the Staff the lady at the front desk is AMAZING Erica is the BEST and Larry and Mrs. Wilson are great too. The other guys and gals there are just awesome. Dr Uhrik is one of the kindest & most compassionate physicians I have known. He truly cares about his patients & their pain and wants to help the best he can. I am honored to have come across someone like him who treats the patient as an individual and not as a cash cow like some places do.

Dr. Uhrik is great! On your initial visit you meet with him and he will look over your medical records and Imaging studies. Then in conjunction with your input he will come up with a treatment modality that you both agree to. I've never felt forced to take injections or get nerve blocks in order to keep from being dismissed from the Clinic like some doctors do. Every appointment I have had they take as much time as needed to alleviate any concerns I may have and to make sure my pain is being kept under control. at first i was very nervous about taking strong meds but he assured me that if taken according to his instructions i would feel fine he was correct

Dr. Uhrik and his staff are the best! He was the only doctor that would take on my specific medical condition which is very complicated. I have never had a problem and they do listen to your concerns and have been greatly appreciated my me. They are very thorough. KH

Dr Uhrik is a very caring physician who believes in taking care of the patient. He spends extra time addressing all of your concerns at the appointment, which is unheard of when most Doctors have you in and out in minutes. Sometimes there may be a wait but he is giving the same attention to another patient that I have learned is the norm in Dr. Uhriks office. The staff is always friendly, professional and goes out of their way to be helpful. If you are looking for a Pain Clinic this is it!

DONT GO!! THEY ALL DONT CARE! office staff doesn't answer calls or contact u back! medical asst phone is always busy & doesn't call back! it took 2 months after they received my referral to see Dr. Urhik. Waited 45 minutes to for Dr appt, I could hear the medical asst in a inappropriate phone call with a friend while waiting. after my appt, was prescribed medication that was never sent to my pharmacy! no contacted back nor will return calls! was treated with total disrespect! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Awful service. Usually have to wait at least 3 weeks to get in. Phones are always disconnected so they delay my appointment even more. Overall, it's not worth the hassle. I suggest an office that actually wants new patients

Dr. Uhrik is kind and understanding, but the staff is hard to deal with. I always have to go all over the city to find a CVS that has a supply of my pain meds. This is a no no, but I have no recourse. My regular pharmacy is always out, and wont have any for 4 or 5 days. This would leave me without for 3 to 4 days. So CVS calls other stores in the city I live til they find one that has a supply on hand. I've never had meds reduced down to 1 day. My last doctor in Ca. never shorted me like this. If they would give me an appointment they same date every month this would not be happening. Again I really like Dr. Uhrik., I just wish his staff was more understanding. Dr Uhrik spent a great deal of time evaluating my condition through tests, MRIs and medical reports. Using his recommendation of services through his office and physical therapy I am able to continue to work and support my family while experiencing a minimal amount of pain. I highly recommend Dr. Uhrik and his knowledgeable staff.

A nice alternative to docs who don't listen to patient needs. Good nurse practitioners too.

When you have pain s good staff and experience is vital.

Always a pleasant experience he is kind and thorough and helps me with the pain since my surgery

OK first you will wait for ever top be seen you wool see the doctor your first appointment then nurses after that. The doctor is rode and arrogant and tell you your exaggerating your pain he will look at you like a junkie trying to score pain meds I left after 2 months this place is a joke have no compassion for patients they will talk bad about you to other patients also very disgusting building if you have real pain don't waste your time he will not help you and will mess up your medication.

My initial experience with Dr. Uhrik was amazing. He took the time to listen and actually touched the various areas to confirm the pain. His staff is even more amazing. I cannot say enough kind words about these caring people. Each of them has taken the time to get to know me and to treat me with the utmost respect. Both Steph and Alyssa are exceptional and allow me to use humor as a coping mechanism. ALL staff is excellent - keep it up and I will keep recommending you!!!

Both doctor and PAs are knowledgeable and respectful.

I have been going to dr. Uhrik for about 3 yrs. They are awesome there I love the PA. Alyssa she always take her time and listens to me and helps me so much the staff I love there just dnt care for one of the girls there she sits in the back it's not jazzy. cause she great love her she always happy but other girl is very rude! But other then her it's great there!

Dr. Uhrik is a dangerous doctor. If you value your health do not go to his clinic. It is obvious that Dr. Uhrik is only in pain management for the money. If anyone has developed paget's disease because of too much steroids administered by Dr. Uhrik please contact me on this review site.
