Doctor Pena and his staff are very friendly and professional and explain everything fully. The environment is very pleasant and clean. The staff go over the procedure and cost in advance and I've never been surprised by additional charges or wait times. I've been going to Dr. Pena for many years and trust him thoroughly. I would recommend Dr. Pena highly to anyone.

Dr. Pena was Wonderful in our emergency situation. We were well informed of the procedure and our billing responsibilities. Lovely office staff and extremely clean and nice environment.

i went to see Doctor Pena on a referral. He gave me a quote and i paid it in full and asked if there would be any additional cost involved with this procedure, I was assured there would not be. He then sent me another bill 6 months later then I was turned into collection. I payed what he said i owed. Collection agency sent the letter in late January I payed in February this year 2017 , payed the bill in his office and this issue still has not been resolved.

I have a policy with Delta Dental. I needed a root canal for an infection. I was not told when they checked my insurance plan, that I had a waiting period of 12 months before I could have the root canal performed. To my surprise, when I received my bill, that the service was not covered by Delta Dental. when I called the office I found the person in billing not helpful and did not care about listening to me about this suprise charge. They did not check on what my policy covered.
