Horrible service. It’s very true what they all say in the comments….I thought it was only me but it’s all true….

Take my words...Do not use this Dr.

I've dealt with a lot of doctors, good and bad, and this is the first I've ever "fired" without looking back. I went in with a mysterious and complicated problem. He was inattentive and asked the same questions without really listening to the answers. He suggested a volley of tests and shrugged me off with a handful of dire problems and, "if it isn't these things, it may just be in your head. You could go to therapy, or it might just go away." He did a nerve test wrong and told me I was fine when I was NOT. He was unprofessional, making rude comments about people calling his personal cell phone during or appointment. All in all, a terrible experience.

Spent 30 seconds to examine me in hospital. I was pretty lethargic, but my family was by my side and they remember his brusque and annoyed manner. Somehow he wrote 4 page note detailing this "examination". Also misdiagnosed me. Sigh...

My experience was terrible with Dr Bernal. He acted like we were a bother to him, he seems always annoyed by us every visit. Hard to understand also. Just a terrible Dr. all around. I would never recommend him to anyone.

I would never recommend this physician to anyone. I had waited almost an hour in the waiting room for my scheduled appointment. After finally being called in Dr. Bernal did not greet me he spoke directly to his computer screen. I felt insulted, Dr. Bernal did not look at me once during the whole visit and the only question he asked me was if I smoked, which I had to answer for him several times. As a healthcare professional myself I was shocked to be treated as if I was an annoyance.

The appointment was almost an hour late. There was no sheet to write down my symptoms and he didn't want me to tell him any of them. He didn't tell me anything about what he thought was wrong or what the medication was he prescribed. I should have left the second I saw it was an office inside of a bank.
