My daughter has a hearing problem, is disabled and has a service animal. My 21 yo daughter opted not to provide her SSN. Due to hearing issues, my daughter asked me to speak for her and it was explained to the receptionist that this is due to protecting her identity and credit rating. The receptionist seemed to understand and commiserated. I asked if it was required and the receptionist stated she did not know. 90inutes later, the Office Manager called my daughter back. OM said 'before you see the doctor I want to talk to you first' said 'you're of age'and proceeded to berate my daughter about the SSN. OM said it was required in order to have treatment or surgery everywhere. It is not. It is for the purpose of credit reporting. DD asked if she should give it and I stated I wouldn't, but you have waited a long time for this appt and you can make your own decision. OM stated 'clearly you are combative about this so will be about other things' and kicked us out of the office.

So unprofessional and very rude need to get a whole new crew

Dr. Aghedo and his whole staff is GREAT. Even their physical therapy staff is AWESOME!

Wonderful Dr. and kind staff. He really cares about his patients. I thank God for blessing us with him and his staff.

Dr. Aghedo comes highly recommended. My visit at his office was very pleasant. The receptionist was kind and made sure she took my information correctly. The nurse that took my vitals was very nice and took the time to see what kind of issues I had. Soon after she excorted me to the exam room. Dr. Aghedo came in and introduced himself. And continued to look over my complaints and my medications and once he did a routine check-up. He prescribed the medication I needed. After a couple days my symptoms were gone. Very nice kind and frienly

Friendly compassionate staff. Dr Aghedo has been our family ENT since his arrival in Selma. Always listens, is kind/compassionate and gives quality care to all his clients.

Dr. Aghedo is an excellent physician. He placed our daughter’s tympanostomy tubes and we were very pleased with his work and bedside manner. We were also pleased with his staff.

Dr. Aghedo is a wonderful and caring doctor. He has treated my whole family. He takes time with his patients and explains everything in detail. He is a Christian and cares for all of his patients as well as their family. Also his staff is a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend his to anyone. Selma is blessed to have him!

TERRIBLE!!! Rudest group of people I have ever encountered. Treated my 80 year old mother like dirt. We won't be going back.

Dr. Aghedo is thorough and does a good job of explaining conditions and a diagnosis in layman's terms. He is also patient and provides answers to any questions he is asked. I would recommend him to family and friends. The wait was a little longer than expected, however it is likely because he is taking the same amount of care with each patient. He did not rush and took as much time as necessary to complete his exam and answer questions.

Today was my 1st appointment. I made it 14 days ago. After waiting 99 minutes past my appt. time, I walked out. The office was polite and gave me a refund of my meager copay. They still owe me for two hours of my life shot to hell. If you make an appointment 14 days out, you shouldn't have to spend over an hour waiting AFTER intake. Please don't make me wait for your "squeeze ins". I've already paid enough time waiting two weeks just for the "appointment" (Whatever that means to doctors today). It's RUDE. After 90 minutes, I'm so upset, how can I or anyone speak to a medical professional about my body and personal problems without telling them how badly they've treated me? Is this how we are going to start our relationship? No. I'm not disposable, but that is exactly how I was made to feel. The man is an ENT for goodness sake, not an ER doctor. What's his excuse? A serious bloody nose walked in? Of course not, his excuse is he is greedy and can get away with this kind of bad treatment because he is the only ENT in Selma. Dr. Aghedo is a very understanding Doctor he listen he explain and show you what going on with you. He spend time with you explaining you situation and he is a man of God he give God the Credit for his accomplishment. Nothing like having a God sent man working with your Life.

I CAN NEVER GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE AT THIS OFFICE. AND I HAVE A APPOIMTENT TODAY AND WASNT FOR SURE OF THE TIME BUT CANT REACH ANYONE TO FIND OUT WHAT TIME THE APPOINTMENT. I JUST MADE ME A APPOINTMENT IN MONTGOMERY AND THEY WONDER WHY PEOPLE TAKE BUSINESS ELSE WHERE.

Best doctor/surgeon I have ever been treated by, truly cares about his patients. We are truly blessed to have him here in Selma.
