DO NOT VISIT-- The doctor was nice. However, he is unable/incompetent/? on managing his office in a professional manor. He only has a single staff member and cannot respond to messages in a timely fashion. I have had a billing error that he was to resolve and instead of fixing he sent it to collections and threatens repeated collection fees that exceed the charge of ($15). When confronted the doctor deleted my online account and email history.

I am so grateful for Dr. Soyode. His staff was very friendly and he made me feel safe and comfortable. He answered all my questions and concerned and I didn’t feel rushed. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who truly cares and knows their stuff!

Really love Dr. Soyode but he truly needs a better front desk staff. Am not pleased with the woman behind the counter. Not very friendly and that's not something you want to see when walking into a children's care facility.

This was just a routine visit, but even with a remote appointment, talking through a computer screen, we never doubt for a moment that Dr. Soyode is being thorough. He makes us feel like we are his only patients. He takes plenty of time to listen and learn from us. Best of all, his treatment plan has succeeded, and our daughter has improved 95%. We remain big fans of Dr. Soyode and can't recommend him highly enough!

I was so excited for the appointment with my son. I thought finally, Finally! we’d get some answers or some help. He was struggling so hard to sit in class and I just wanted him to be able to sit with his peers. I was even willing to pay for this appointment out of pocket, which I did. It shouldn’t matter at all but it was nice to see someone who looked like us treat us as well. But all the excitement quickly went away as He offered no help at all. I paid for this appointment to be just as confused and in the dark as when we came. Nothing was changed or discussed and mind you I paid for this out of pocket! We met Dr. Soyode yesterday, and he is the 1st doctor to want to figure out what is wrong. He gave us a starting point. I have taken my now 16 year old son to several doctors even just this year to find the source of his unrelenting dizziness. All of them have passed him along to another doctor or after their examination just said they didn't know. We felt like Dr. Olufemi Soyode was our last hope. We drove 2 hours one-way to see him. And are so glad we did. He not only listened to the patient and then me, but asked several thoughtful questions, did assessments and made observations, then came up with a lengthy plan of action. And even wants us to fax a report soon, call him within a month regarding the success of something my son will do and then we have another appointment in 3 months. Time for us to work on all parts of this wholistic (if thats a word) plan. All natural. No drugs. Dr. Soyode is giving us the most hope because of how seriously he is considering a devastating problem.

Dr. Soyode has worked very hard on behalf of our son. He is a good listener, calm, caring, and welcoming of our perceptions of what our son needs. His staff are kind and available. He responds very quickly to questions and concerns. He has given our son excellent care and has provided relevant, helpful referrals for additional services. We are very happy with Dr. SOYODE . We like that he listens to us and works with us.

Our experience with Dr. Soyode has been superb! We were originally referred to CACN for my daughter's struggles with CVS, Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome. Not only has Dr. Soyode worked patiently with her, trying various combinations of medication and supplements to finally give her some relief from her cyclical suffering, but he has compassionately treated her as a whole person aside from her neurological disorders. He has referred us to other specialists such as ENT and endocrinologist, helping us to fit together all the pieces to a very difficult puzzle. Due to his diligence, we are thrilled with the answers and relief we have found. The CACN office has communicated well with us via phone, email, and their patient portal, and maintained current reports from our primary physician as well. My first visit to Dr Soyode’s office with my 20 month old was relieving & pleasant! Front desk help is nice. The nurses were sweet & thoughtful of specific details. My daughter responded really well with him & it’s her tendency to cry & pull away from strangers. She warmed up very quickly with him, he was patient & thoughtful as to how to approach her & she gave him a high-five at the end! His heart is in his work & that is evident. I love going to this office. The front office staff is very helpful and nice and they are wonderful around my crazy loud kids. Anytime I leave them a message thru their portal I always get a response right back. Everyone listens to what you have to tell them and they make sure to get things done. I always leave feeling more relieved and knowing that my two kids have the best care from people who care about them.

And that is why I know go through Metro for my Neurology Care. I know I can get in the building. Shame on you for not being compliant.
