I'd give less than one star if I could I have waited two days for the Dr to call me. About my son. And still no word! I do NOT recommend them at all they don't care about the patients! ????

Do not recommend them! Waited 2 days for her to call me back about my son. And nothing!

Dr is ok but have been waiting 5 weeks to get orders to have labs drawn.! This is unacceptable.

I am very dissapointed in the office staff very rude and will not return calls and not concerned about solving issues you have . Keep trying to charge me more money after last visit Said they didn't bill both insurances. Funny I just posted bad review and it got removed a few days ago plus I get another bill for over 200.00 today. Now I have to deal with them again on the phone. I will not use again. Let's see if this review disappears again funny ony a couple if bad reviews are posted. Has helped my father with his Parkinson’s and orthostatic hypertension. Very caring and takes time with the patient.

Dr. Bogdonova is very professional and courteous. Makes sure you understand her directions and what to do if something doesn't go according to plan. Your questions are always answered to where you can understand.

We are well pleased with Dr. Bogdonovah. She is very professional and willing to answer questions. I highly recommend her!

I like her but the staff or receptionist isn’t very helpful. I called to change my appointment and when I tried to tell her who I was she hung up the phone. That is very rude.

The staff is so very disrespectful. I have had to take off work 2 different times for my daughters appointment. Both times she was not able to see the doctor. Both times we were early to the appointment. The first time was because of her referral(and her doctor was sending it right over) and they wouldn’t except it. Made her reschedule. made another appointment. We got there 30 minutes early to be told she forgot to put her on the schedule. You may want to reevaluate your staff

The front staff members are rude and unprofessional. Would not listen and did not care. My aunt was late by 10min. to appt. we have seen this Dr, for several years and always have to wait over 30 min. Or longer each visit. My aunt is from a demenia assisted living. The place she lives provides transport at times. Today transport that brought her went to wrong building which made my aunt late by 10min. but they still refused to see her. The cut off time they said was 10 min. She was turned away

I give her a 2 because she did order a study, which got my epilepsy confirmed. Her staff is very rude, and you cannot get appointments without waiting weeks. No one will help you after hrs. I had some breakthrough seizures and my medication dosage needed to be raised they closed the phone lines at 3:55 and refused to page the dr for me. I had left the er thinking I could just call my dr and tell her my dosage has been changed no such luck. I called my general dr after hrs who fixed the medication, without my regular Dr's assistance, I would have ran out of Dilantin. Keep in mind she could easily view the ER records because I'm an established patient, and see that my dosage had been raised and why. Dr. Bogdonova is a good doctor, if you can get in to see her. She has one of the most rude assistants I have encountered in 2 states, and all types of doctors. Many of the office staffs in neighboring doctors have complained to me about her office staff. Other patients have had horrific interactons with the same rude staff. Very sad for Dr. of this stature to have such an uncaring and unprofessional staff (assistant)

Existing patient requesting urgent appointment, symptoms unbearable. 7 week wait for appointment. Requested records by mail, never received. I made 4 calls requesting to pick up records in person. Each time I was told not to come until they called back stating records were ready. Never received a call back. I really liked the Dr, but staff has given conflicting information to doctors orders on more than one occasion.

Cannot receive appointment notices. They say they mail them but they don't get to me. Office personnel threatening and demand. Said they would consult with dr to "see if she would see me and let me know". A month later still have NOT heard a word by mail or by phone. Not a professional way to operate an office.
