I couldn't get past the operator. She would not let me get to the part where I could set an appointment. She asked PI (Personal information) such as MY date of birth. I informed her that I will not give out my PI as advised by my insurance prior to setting up an appointment and she said she could not advance the call to set up an appointment. I am pretty sure I will not give PI to some girl on the phone. You might want to work on your staff Dr. Rubio
