Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when i checked in.I especially loved how Dr. Novreen Shahdad really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. She is very understanding, knowledgeable, informative and willingness to listen and discuss. I immediately felt at ease like i have nothing serious going on, also the staff is very friendly and professional.I highly recommened Dr Novreen shahdad to anyone looking for Neurologist.

Dr. Shadad is very concerned for the patients well being who takes time to get to know you. I am very pleased with Dr. Shadad and her assistant and I am glad to have her taking care of my mom.

Why is she a doctor. Only for the money. She could care less about her patients.

After seeing Dr. Shahdad a few times, I'd have to say that other than the initial extensive neuro blood work and an EMG/NCV ordered, she wasn't willing to continue to help figure out the possible cause for my symptoms. She was only interested in prescribing medication for what she assumes is a migrane. Migranes don't last for months at a time and I've never had them before. Twice, Dr. Shahdad tried prescribing me medication that she had already previously prescribed me which shows she is not paying attention to my chart at all. She even answered her cell phone during one of my appointments and looked at her ringing phone twice at another. That is not cool on so many levels and she bills very high for only a small amount of her time! Doctors shouldn't just give up after a few lab results and a specific test that only rules out some conditions. Her words to me at my last appointment were, "I don't want to overwhelm you with tests." I've been feeling unexplainably horrible for a few months straight now and should have as many tests as I'd need to go through to aid in helping find a diagnosis! I'm the one paying for it anyway. She speaks so fast and seems to get irked if I appear to have questions or concerns about being involved in my care. I'd look elsewhere if you have complex issues and want a doctor who will advocate for you for as long as you need it. Unfriendly office staff

She is very rude and gets easily frustrated and yells at her patients when they don’t understand

Very informative and friendly. Took the time to explain everything to me. Answered all my questions. Staff was very friendly as well.

We've only seen Dr. Shahdad once, but I've had to make several calls to her staff. Everyone is friendly, and Dr. Shahdad seems very knowledgeable.and interested in finding a solution to my mother's issue.

Dr. Shadad has been my neurologist for years and I can say that I am very well pleased. Her staff is awesome and I’m always seen in a timely fashion. She’s extremely informative and does everything with your best interest in kind. She’s very knowledgeable and has much needed satisfying bedside manner.

Dr. Shadad and staff were the most unprepared group I have ever dealt with. Professionalism was non existent. You question them, and they lose all interest in the patient, and get extremely frustrated. They expect you to do there job for them, with getting all information from other Dr's. and do no follow ups with Dr's.that they try and get information from.
