Norman C. Rokosz

Rokosz performed my third laminectomy/discectomy in my lumbar/sacral spine. I woke up from this surgery screaming in the recovery room. I awoke to instant relief with my previous surgeries, so I knew something had gone terribly wrong this time. The pain was 100X worse now than it was before surgery! The nurse told me Rokosz tore part of my sciatic nerve. It was obvious Rokosz knew he did this when it happened, otherwise the nurse wouldn’t have known to tell me about it. I ended up staying in the hospital for over a week for a surgery that was supposed to be an outpatient procedure. I won’t even bother going into all the other problems that torn nerve has caused with my body on top of the immense pain! My life has been a living he!! since that infamous day. I have been on heavy narcotics since that surgery and can no longer work. I was in the best shape of my life and training to be a firefighter before the surgery. Now I can’t even work at a sedentary desk job.

Dr. Rokosz performed a laminectomy/ microdisctomy on my neck after a cervical injury at work. He talked me out of the 4 level fusion he said I really needed, citing my age and not wanting to fuse because of it. Well, it was an epic fail, then he wouldn't see me anymore. He told me to "go see a chiropractor". I finally saw another neurosurgeon who told me that these procedures aren't even performed anymore because they are not effective and cause more problems. DON'T TRUST THIS DR.
