Dr. Betts is the best in the universe! Yes, sent from above. 1997 placed 8 implants and they still function perfectly. He is one of the founding fathers of implant dentistry. Be grateful that he also taught. Unfortunately, the gifts he possesses cannot be taught. I was “chosen” to be in his care. Not one doubt in my mind that he cannot be matched. Have since had good implants but Dr. Betts is beyond compare. He moved far from me but, thank God, he modeled what a perfect surgeon should exemplify. I have never found that again. So, run do not walk if you want the dental professionalism non existant anywhere else on this planet. For the great person you are I salute you and am eternally grateful.

Dr Betts is my go to guy and is an incredible oral surgeon. He's done 2 of my children already and is a "wizard" of a surgeon! Does such an incredible job!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Betts for many years and always he takes care of me with empathy and no pain and a sense of urgency I wouldn’t go to anybody else. You get treated like you were part of his family

Even though Dr. Betts is an excellent surgeon, I was mislead about the cost of a procedure. Dr. Betts does not work with Blue Cross Blue Shield and I received an additional bill for a biopsy. For a rather simple procedure taking 15 minutes I paid Dr. Betts $500+ dollars and then had a lab bill for nearly $200. I should have gone to a dentist who works with BCBS or they should have covered the biopsy as part of the bill.

Dr. Betts is such a great doctor. Just had my second extraction & bone grafting. I travel over 1 hour & have to go out of my dental network to see him, but he's worth it. This should tell you how great he is.

Dr. Betts saw me immediately when another surgeon, in another practice, was unable to complete an extraction. By then I was very apprehensive. His competent attitude coupled with explaining every little detail led me to trust him completely. He was able to complete the extraction and bone graft without incident. I was totally satisfied.

Dr. Betts is wonderful. He's very good at oral surgery, makes his patients feel at ease, and follows up after the procedure. I've taken both of my children there to get their wisdom teeth extracted. My daughter was very apprehensive. Dr. Betts had here laughing within 5 minutes. She went from big doe eyed fear to a relaxed, okay, let's do this attitude. But it's not just about comfort, he also did an outstanding job with her two lower impacted teeth. And then called the next day to check in.

I was referred to Dr. Betts by my primary care doctor after breaking and dislocating my jaw due to a fall from a ladder. After an emergency department failed to set my jaw, Dr. Betts made room in his schedule to see me immediately. He clearly explained the options I had, one of which was surgery to reattach the muscle which holds the jaw closed. He discouraged me from having the surgery in lieu of a longer term treatment which would not leave a scar and would avoid possible complications.
