I saw Dr. Fernandez for a consultation on referral from my dentist. I had an in depth private discussion with one of his staff in his public waiting room about the cost of the procedure which included personal financial information of mine. I was not charged or told there was a charge for that day's appointment, even though there was a sign in the window that said "Payment due at time of visit". Thirty days later I received a bill in the mail for $90. Clearly someone should have told me about this charge before being seen, or at least at the time of the visit. Bad form Dr. Norbert Fernandez.

I saw Dr. Fernandez for an implant consultation on referral from my dentist. After seeing the doctor I had an in depth discussion on the cost of the procedure involving my personal financial situation, in his very public waiting room with one of his staff. At the time I was not informed that there was a charge for the consult, despite seeing a sign at check out that payment was expected at the time of service. Thirty days later I received a bill for $90 for that appointment. I called his office to dispute this surprise charge, and was only shamed for "not having expected to pay for the appointment". It's not having to pay for the appointment so much as it is wanting to know what the cost was BEFORE I was expected to pay it or at the very least at the time of service. Especially given that I had requested and was provided detailed cost information during that appointment. Bad form in my opinion!

Dr.Fernandez squeezed me in as an emergency and was superb. He is as gentle and kind, extremely knowledgeable. His entire staff was professional and puts one at ease. Thank you for an excellent experience.

I recently got my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Fernandez was very gentle, cared about how I was doing throughout the procedure, and was very patient. I am so happy that I went to him for this procedure. The staff and nurses were also very caring: one thing that really stood out to me was that when I was in my procedure I was gripping the arm chair very tight, one of the nurses noticed and brought me a stress ball and placed it in my hand. I highly recommend Dr. Fernandez and his office staff.Very friendly, I had been put on a wait list, and they called me when a cancellation occurred! he isand confirming which tooth needed to go with new info from my Dentist. Dr. F. if perfect as he has talent and a wonderful calming approach that makes an extraction much easier than other procedures! I feel very fortunate I was referred to him.

Fabulous doctor & staff. Everyone is so kind. The place is spotless and Dr. Fernandez is fantastic.

Friendly staff and DR. Fernandez is very sensitive toward your immediate situation and cares about your recovery.

They are fantastic here. I don't often give a 5 star, but this one was automatic. Everyone is genuinely pleasant, concerned and attentive. They truly make what could otherwise be a negative experience into a positive one, or as positive as they can possibly make it.

Dr Fernandez is a skilled oral surgeon with a confident and pleasant manner. I enjoyed his helpful assistants and staff.

As an elder, I sensed you masterfully moved yesterday through a procedure showing me the vibrant expertise of a graduate of our Dental School. For me not the high light of the day, but with positive results and high comfort today because of your diligence. You did well!

Dr. Fernandez fit me in same day to have a broken tooth dug out so I didn't have to suffer over the weekend. Him and his staff were very professional, kind, and caring (just a bunch of beautiful people). Dr. Fernandez was very careful and made the experience as stress free as he possibly could.
