Noman Saif

Dr. Saif is by far the best doctor I've ever seen. He truly cares about his patients and is a Top Notch doctor . I had a serious thyroid problem and no insurance. He worked with me on the money end and saved my life. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Saif is excellent with explaining my issues. I highly recommend him and in these difficult times it is good to have a doctor of his caliber on your side. I see him for thyroid issues and cannot say enough about him and his staff.

Please note that I am posting this review on behalf of my husband, Dave Westling. I was refereed to Dr. Norman Saif in March 2020, after my former diabetes Dr. retired. Dr. Saif reviewed my medications and my last A1C which was 8.6. His recommendation was to change my diet, not to increase my insulin dosage; no more sugar, snacks, or high carb foods. He encouraged me to eat more vegetables, salads, and protein. He asked if I would commit to this program. I agreed to try. Dr. Saif immediately lowered my daily insulin intake by more than half. He monitored my daily numbers to assure the medications were working with my improved healthy diet. As the months progressed, my daily numbers dropped dramatically. I was eating better and lost 25 pounds. My A1C at the end of July was 5.8 (2.8 points down from March). When I saw Dr. Saif, he was pleased with my results, and stated, “You made my day!” The bottom line was that Dr. Saif knew what I had to do; I had to be the one to make the changes. I thank Dr. Saif for his guidance and direction for helping me succeed in getting my diabetes under control. I was referred to this doctor because he was the only endocrinologist in town. I went for six months and during that time he managed to turn my hypothyroid into hyperthyroidism!! He miss calculated my meds, and at each visit gave me the same sales pitch. There is a new endocrinologist in town now, Dr. Chahal. Please consider him first. I really have to wonder if the credentials on Dr. Saif’s wall are even legit!! If you are an existing patient of his and he ask’s you how you feel but does nothing to help you and just blows it off, or if you keep hearing the same weight talk at every visit, I encourage you to go somewhere else. His treatment plan is a broken record. I had to mark one star to submit my review, but he clearly does not earn even that.

Very poor bed side manners. Dr. Saif wasn't aware that I was there for a follow up on a scan and did not take the time to listen to my health concerns and offer any solutions for my problems, after joking about my health problems. I will not be going back to him.

Dr. Saif is caring and professional. He doesn't just throw medications at you and walk away. He believes in reduced medication and correcting diet. He has done wonders in reducing my A1C and was genuinely happy for my success.
