Dr Dike and Kaitlyn are AMAZING! However, the office staff are horrible. I've lost full functionality of my left hand (I'm left handed) and I have to wait a month for an EMG. The front desk person I just spoke with did not try to assist in getting a sooner appt. She honestly couldn't have cared less.

Man, what a poorly run medical practice. Never, ever book an appt in the afternoon, as you will be waiting for at least 90 minutes and the last time (broke the camels back) was 2 hours and 3 minutes. The administrative staff just doesn't care, you can't get a human on the phone, and its scary when you have neurologically oriented refills that you cannot mix for the fear of seizures or major issues. I have wondered several times over the past year if the doors were locked up...that is literally how long it takes to get a call back. Dr Dike himself is kind and has average medical and solutioning knowledge, but the wraparound mess that surrounds this practice should make you look elsewhere. Update: Dr. Dike...PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW! THE FRONT DESK IS HORRIBLE. I'M ON PHONE CALL #5... They do not state their name and when you ask them they act like they can't hear you. Looks like I will be going elsewhere. Most importantly. Dr. Dike is awesome. Everything you'd expect from a good doctor. It goes downhill from there. His front office staff is rude on the phone and I've called now 3 timrs to get the CORRECT meds sent to my pharmacy. My suggestion: When the front office ansers the phone, they should say something like " thank you for calling XXX, my NAME is XXX, how can I help you"....the 2 people I talked to only identified themselves after I asked who I was speaking to ! Dr. Dike & his staff are very caring. Not gonna lie, I waited 45 minutes to see the doc, but my appointment was late afternoon, & we all know the doc can’t control if patients before me were on time. ;) It was worth the wait to get a thorough diagnosis. He even squeezed in an additional test that wasn’t on the books & stayed past close to help me. Would definitely recommend! Dr. Dike & his staff are very caring. What a badly run practice. Expect to wait at least 90 minutes to see the doctor and the last time was 2 hours and 3 minutes. My daughter's appointment was thorough and we feel confident she has found the right Neurologist.

Definitely did not want to come down to a bad review, but I feel like the community of Frisco should know how insincere the office manager (very confrontational and rude), staff (who looks like they just rolled out of bed and have "cardi b nails"), and assistances' are for someone with ANY neurological issue. The staff never answers the phone, is very inconsiderate of time management (clearly since they do not answer phones), and the business is in it for the money, not the well being of the patient. Fortunately, Dr. Dike himself is a wonderful doctor, listens well, and is very personable. But for the amount of trouble the office has given me and all I have gone through to get in touch with Dr. Dike, whom has given his cell number out for emergencies, of which I have been trying to call in regards to an EMERGENCY and NO ONE is getting Dr. Dike to contact me. (you may ask well if he gave out his number why don't you have it? - Time frame and phone log on apple devices do not keep record of calls - if you know you know). For someone to have gone through hellacious and life changing events I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. Very patient and listened to my concerns.

No stars from me. 1. He doesn't respond to patient portal messages. 2. I have to call and remind them to get lab work and to call other drs for information with numbers because they can't find the phone numbers. 3. I waited an hour on the teledoc to be called on the phone that he was running late. I asked for an email that I never received. I called back in less than 5 minutes and the office had already closed for the day and it wasn't even 5:00. 4. He couldn't even tell me what was wrong with me. I could have this or I could have that and not a follow up call or anything. I am left in limbo.

Great experience! Staff and doctors are friendly and attentative. Very thorough!

Kaitlyn was awesome! She took her time in getting to know my mother's condition. However, we waited for an hour to see the doctor in the patient room after Kaitlyn left and when Dr. Dike came in, he spent no more than 10 mins...it was almost lunch time for them so they were in a hurry, but he did take his time with the patient prior to my mother. Best neuro doctor in DFW hands down!

Dr. DK and his P.A Kaitlyn did a tremendous job treating me for a concussion, severe neck pain and headaches caused by a road cycling accident. Dr. Dike and his staff saved my life. When nobody would listen, he heard me and found what was going on. I am forever grateful. Going forward on my journey, they are the only neurologist office I will ever use and I live three hours away!

Dr. Dike is top notch. Most compassionate doctor around. He listened to my concerns and he is personally involved in your care. The best neurologist around. Dr. Dike has been a godsend to me.

Not worth explaining.

Communication of diagnosis lacking in content and unclear. Prescriptions having incomplete instructions to pharmacists or not called into the pharmacy at all. Tela-visits just don't work or they just don't bother to keep the tela-visit appointment and just leave the patient login in. No courtesy call to say they are having technical difficulties or can't keep the appointment. We are very disappointed with the care we received from this office.

I actually liked the doctor. I think my problem was more with his staff. I knew my job was going to be terminated so I scheduled an appointment a month before my 6th month scheduled appointment so they had everything they needed to refill my prescriptions at the pharmacy for 6 months. One month after I visited their office, the office called me for my 6th month visit. I told them I had lost my job and that is why I came in early for an unscheduled visit and to please refill my prescription. They declined to refill my prescription. I tried to explain I would not have come in a month early if I knew I was still going to have insurance. I left after that. The doctor is friendly, the staff is a nightmare.

check-in could have gone better. New patient paper work needs to be available so it can be filled out online.

Dr. Dike is awesome! He spent so much time explaining everything and answering all questions/concerns. Very knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner!

I have been going to all sorts of neurological specialists for 25 years. This is by far the best experience I have ever had. The entire staff were so kind, as well as Dr. Dike (pronounced as Dr. DK), they absolutely know what they are doing. Anybody in pain should seek them out ASAP! Dr. Nnamdi C. Great physician. Appreciate Dr. Dike's excellence, attention to detail, and kindness. I have known him as a patient and as a medical colleague. I sent my dad to him as a patient when he had a stroke, and he combed over his data extensively and answered all my dad's concerns to the point Dad though he was one of the best docs he had ever seen. Excellent neurologist and practice. Dr. Dike has the absolute best bed-side manner. He takes the time to listen, asks questions, and includes you in all aspects of the care you receive. Dr Dike is THE BEST!! I followed him from his last practice and will go where he goes. He accepts most insurance, but I would honestly pay out of pocket. I suffered from migraines for 20 yrs and daily headaches. I can now say I am free from pain except the occasional flair up which he treats immediately. His bedside manner is awesome and he is concerned with your whole overall well being. I have referred my colleagues to him. So glad I found him. Dr Dike is THE BEST!! I would not even recommend 1 star to this careless doctor. He canceled on me, and then at the second appointment he was a total no show after waiting for almost 2 hours. The “nurse” wasn’t even going to tell me he wasn’t there. No excuse for a doctor to treat a patient so carelessly when they are there for a serious issue. If he can’t take a patient and their health seriously, why should he. The office have the nerve to call and ask to reschedule 3 days after the fact. No apology.

Amazing doctor. Kind, passionate, and caring. He got to the root of my problem and helped fix it. He spend over an hour talking to me when I was in the hospital to understand everything that was going on and calmed me down from worrying too much. His office nurse is just as kind and nice as he is.
