First Doctor who has helped!!

Doctor is good. Gatekeeper receptionist/office manager is bad!

The billing department and staff is simply worst and rude. They do not honor or remember their own discussion over phone and next day they will keep repeating the same thing and if you want to discuss they will hung up and never pickup the call. I never felt so annoyed just to pay my bill . They do not accept any credit card so either you go with cash or send them check. I simply had to follow up for months to pay my own bill. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. HIS PRACTICE IS A SCAM. HIS SECRETARY DOESN'T FOLLOW UP WITH YOU AND YOU HAVE TO CHASE DOWN THE BILLER (OFFICE MANAGER/DR'S WIFE) TO DISCUSS THE RIDICULOUS BILL THEY CHARGE YOU FOR DOING NOTHING. Yes, the doctor did nothing for me. He saw me then his secretary did not set up the test like she was supposed to then they billed me for $250! I had to call them 4 times to chase down the office manager and she yelled at me over and over and kept screaming at me and talking over me saying it was a standard charge even though they did nothing for me nor bothered to call me to follow up. They just want your money, they don't care about their patients. No wonder it was so easy to set up an appointment in the first place where other offices had a 2-4 week waiting period. Horrible staff!

One of the best doctors that I have ever had. He cares about his patients more so than others.

I have had to stop seeing Dr Banskota due to his staff. He is a wonderful doctor but I do not have time to deal with all the problems I have run into with billing (done by his wife) and the receptionist being rude and not sending in refills for my meds.

Dr. Banskota is one of the most caring physicians my husband and I have ever had. He is very efficient, and his knowledge of the endocrine system among all systems is outstanding!
