Dr. Nina Z Casey

Wouldn't even take me as a client

Dr. Nina Casey is a very intelligent doctor. However her clinic could have some better office hours. I'm handicapped and severely ill and I need a doctor 7 days a week and she's usually closed on the weekends and doesn't have the greatest hours throughout the week. I've seen offices open 7 days a week with much better hours. She usually averages between 45-55 minutes to see her patients. Now I've seen much more excessive but there is room for improvement. Her office is slow with referrals in my opinion also. I've seen clinics much quicker with referrals. Her office seems chaotic to me. They could probably do a better job answering their phones also.

Took the time to review all of my issues. She was not rushed and hurried as I have found at another clinic which is run by Ascension in Washington Twp.

Dr Casey is very caring and takes her time with all her patients. She always asks how the family is doing!!

She's really good actually cares about her patient's my primary doctor

Every time I go to Dr. Nina Casey's office it takes her about 45-55 minutes to see me in the exam room. I wish she was a little quicker. I have many health problems and it's not always easy sitting in her exam room for 50 minutes before she gets to me.

I've been going to Dr. Casey for 10 plus years, and so have many of my family members, she's a wonderful doctor who often goes above and beyond for her patients. Very caring and patient. The best primary care doctor I've ever had.

I first saw Dr Casey many years ago for a short period of time when she was in Port Huron and really liked her. I was sad when she relocated out of town. I spent many years finding/changing local doctors trying to find one who would listen and get to the bottom of my issues. Knowing my body and having some knowledge and experience in the medical field, I asked my doctor at that time to order blood work for two specific tests which were common. He dismissed my concerns and request. I left, called Dr Casey's office, scheduled an appointment which was a complete and thorough physical with blood work etc. She called the next day with results which confirmed my suspicions. Even though the office is busy, she doesnt rush, brush off concerns, actually listens and is concerned, and does everything to solve/resolve issues. She has done and solved more than all the physicians I've seen.

She is a Great Doctor and listen to me for as long as I need. If your looking for a doctor that will help you with any medical problem she will and she’ll find out what’s going on if no other doctor can!! Office help is great too!!

She’s been my physician over 10 years. Love her and her staff. Casey and Tracy a winning duo!

Dr. Casey and her staff have been taking care of me for the past decade or more. They have been very helpful to me and my repeated last minute testing needs for work insurance. Cant recommend enough.

She is incompetent and her lack of communication caused me to be admitted to the hospital in a 3 day diabetic coma with pneumonia and the flu, the day after I saw her for an office visit!

Great Doctor, willing and able to meet all of my needs. Listens well and tries hard to assist. Super Sonic. Would recommend to all.

A doctor who actually listens! She is proactive, and stays abreast of new issues in healthcare. Always willing to learn, she asks questions of her patients and then listens to the answers! And she is not afraid to think outside the box. Dr Casey also will refer to specialists when needed. And she is also cognizant of costs to the patient, and will have staff work to find provider who takes their insurance. She also provides written instructions or paperwork for patients when appropriate. Office staff is pleasant, well trained, knowledgeable. Billing easy to understand. Office scrupulously clean. Easy to get a convenient appointment. Support medical staff skilled and caring. Good follow up to patients on test results. Appointments usually on time ...for a PCP's office. Occasionally a short wait, 10-15 minutes. Excellent doctor.

Dirty office there are office files in the bathroom all around gross health hazard,

I LOVE Dr. Casey! I HATE Dealing with Tracie! She has to be the absolute MOST miserable person EVER! She is unkind, RUDE, talks over people, is always bothered, talks about other patients while you are sitting in the waiting room. I have NO idea how Dr. Casey does not see this! Every time I am there other patients see it and they all have something to say about it. Too bad they do not let Dr. Casey know how Tracie treats people! Enough is Enough! I LOVE Dr. Casey! Dr. Casey is hands down the best family doctor I’ve ever had. Our family has trusted her for over a decade and we wouldn’t trust our health to anyone else!

First....I am a physicians nightmare. I have very high expectations that are rarely met. Dr. Casey is the rare exception. She listens to your concerns and is intelligent, thoughtful and kind. A consummate professional. The most important thing is that I TRUST her judgement. A great choice for a primary care physician.

Dr. Casey has been a great doctor for my family.

I've been a patient of Dr. Casey for 13 plus years. She takes time to listen and genuinely cares. You cant go wrong with your care with her.

All around a good experience. Dr. Casey got my in quickly to start. After this, she explained the whole process, took her time throughout our appointment, and was very friendly. She answered any questions I had and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable!

Doctor Casey in my opinion, and my family and friends, is a great Doctor as well as being an extremely caring, and having a wonderful bed side manner and always listens to you like you matter, always looking you in the eyes as a equal unlike most doctors that seem to be arrogant and condescending, and no matter how busy she is I've seen her countless times helping patients even though it's robbing time out of her own personal time. She is very knowledgeable and professional and in my opinion if your going to another primary care physician it could only mean that you haven't had the pleasure of being seen bye her or you simply wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent primary care physician! I am very fortunate to have found such a compassionate health care leader in Dr. Casey, who has cared for me for the last 4 or 5 years. Dr. Casey has been our doctor for years and we love her. She takes time to listen to your questions and look you in the eye while you're talking. She's knowledgeable, considerate and provides excellent care.

Dr. Casey took care of my issue on the very first appointment with her. I will always remember that, and have never had a physician be as proactive as her. I finally found a PCP who is truly caring and compassionate. I receive follow up calls by her and her staff when they are required which proves that she cares for me even when I'm not in her clinic. I am very fortunate to be in her care.
