Though this Dr is a very congenial person, I really have to question her skill set. I saw her to check for ingrown toenails I am prone to developing. She proceeds to cut these deep "v" notches out of both sides of big toe that wasn't bothering me and the same on the other big toe. This isn't the first Podiatrist I have seen. I have learned and read that the WORST thing you can do is use this procedure because when the nails grow in, they WILL make the nails in grow, which they did! Not to mention that she didn't observe the condition and shape of my nails which were cut straight across, the way they should have appeared! Instead, my nail was disfigured, and the exposed skin was so sensitive I had to wear Band-Aids and use Neosporin to keep protected and from infecting. I am sorry but I can't recommend this Dr for just a simple ingrown toenail using proper procedure and filing. Finally, you NEVER finish using a foot cream that invites a moist environment, it causes fungus.
