Dr. Nicole Marie Monserrate

Rudest doctor I’ve ever met. Said I was lying when I had a serious infection (jokingly suggested I should go to the ER if my symptoms were “that bad”) and got upset I didn’t return a call within mins. Usually have very positive experiences with Community Care. This Dr. is the reason I am changing practices.

Not trustworthy, doesn't take care of her patients

I have been going to Dr. Monserrate for a few years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. Dr. Monserrate will actually listen to your concerns, asks follow ups and provide suggestions/feedback. I have gone to her with mild concerns during physicals that I normally would not mention due to past negative experiences with doctors that provide a feeling of shame for small problems- this is not the care with Dr. Monsserate. She is a genuinely caring individual that puts the patient first

Dr. Monserrate is beyond helpful. She is a friend. I recommend her to many friends and they are so thankful.

She is excellent. Takes her time with you and genuinely cares. I have complex issues and she makes sure I’m getting the care I need. I would highly recommend Dr. Monserrate.

She is excellent: caring, always well-prepared for each appointment, having reviewed my file the evening before, detail-minded, thorough. I am a relatively complex patient, having several chronic conditions. She's been very responsive to my concerns and I think I'm getting great care.
