Mrs. Nicole Prevo Kageyama

I have been going to Nicole for at least 5 years. I really like her. She is a no nonsense doctor which I appreciate. Did realize if you do not ask follow up questions to what she suggest or diagnoses what she sees and treatment then she does say bye. So ask and she will continue to answer. But this is the same with most doctors. I will continue to see her.

She's amazing. Accurate diagnosis and accurate precision.

Dr. Nicole KAGEYAMA was very quick in evaluating my skin condition offering the mole removal (because it could be melanoma) and lazer treatment for the zones of my concern.10 min exam and she opened the door showing me the appointment is over. Overpriced service.Pushing the lazer treatment for everything. Lazer can not be the only solution, but she repeated it for every single concern I had. I ended up paying a huge bill over the amount covered by my insurance.The billing service had to send me a check with the overpaid amount.Well I am still waiting for it 1 month after my payment.

I have been going to Dr. Kageyama for over a decade and have been in an every 6 month check for five of those years. Even after moving 3 hours away, I have continued to see her. She is pleasant, efficient, and takes the time to answer any questions I may have. Most importantly, I have complete trust in her care.

I've been a patient with Dr. K for several years now. She and her staff have allways been friendly and courteous. She is very knowledgeable and her procedures are invisible after healing.

Office staff leaves much to be desired. No immediate care help. Do not staff their Dr's appropriately to have help available during regularly posted business hours. All anyone would say is go to Urgent Care. Will never go here again and will tell all friends and family (of which I have a lot) to never utilize this practice.
