Dr. Nicole Marie Book

I went to her because I had a uterine prolapse. She was recommended by my OBGYN. Most surgeons are primarily just interested in having surgery but she was extremely helpful and gave me other options we came up with some good alternatives and it's been 5 years now and everything has been doing extremely well due to her knowledge, Experience and ability to understand what is really needed for the patient. I've considered her excellent and would recommend her to anyone.

Long wait times, Nicole Book very inappropriate. Hospital has her listed as a, “Urologist”; which she is not. Not empathetic and zero bedside manners.

I would never return to this office, zero bedside manners, very rude and spoke disrespectful of other physicians.

Physician has cancelled 3x, finally when I did see her, she warn her phone the entire time, wouldn’t answer any of my questions and I didn’t feel she was knowledgeable in her field. Unsure, why Ohio Health lists her as a urologist, when she is not a urologist.

TERRIBLE, no other words just terrible!

Her practice is overcrowded causing more than 7 month wait for first appointment. When you call office with a question, you are promised call backs (maybe even a week away!) which don't happen. It is almost impossible to get appointment with Dr. Book, but instead are handed off to her staff about 90% of time.

Hands down the most efficient, attentive, organized, concerned, thorough, professional, and caring doctor! The nurse practitioner and staff was also excellent!

If felt very comfortable with Dr. Book. She understood my problem and found a solution. Felt very fortunate to get into her!

On all my visits with Dr.Book, she has always listened carefully to my problems, shown me in drawings , and been encouraging about what needs to be done. I trust her and respect her knowledge.

She may be fantastic, but it is impossible to make an appointment or get past the consistently rude front desk personnel.

Tried twice to book an appointment with Dr. Book. My doctor sent over the referral. The girl that answers the phone claims my issues should be seen by a urologist, which I have seen. Very frustrating that I can't get in to be seen by her.

Dr Book helped me when other Doctors didn’t think my condition was problematic. Dr Book scheduled surgery and it helped me to be able to be in public and feel normal again. Before the anesthetic kicked in, she held my hand and told me everything is looking good. I can still remember her smile. Wonderful person.

I love Dr Book, I met her an felt very comfortable with her. I had surgery an the day of my surgery her bed side manner was awesome. She came in an talked before they took me in an after she came in twice. The staff has been so kind. During these trying times they make sure it’s all a safe environment. I highly recommend Dr Book

DO NOT GO SEE THIS DOCTOR! Terrible in every manner!!!!! Not on time, rushed my exam and told me to “hush” when I asked a question. RUDE and has no follow up!!!! Worst physician I’ve ever seen!!!

Dr. Book is amazing!!! She took her time to listen was very thorough, and made me feel very comfortable!!

Dr. Book was literally the best doctor I have ever seen. She has amazing bedside manner and is so kind. I trusted her completely with my surgery from start to finish.

Dr Book was wonderful. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Her office staff was great. Easy to schedule appointments and follow up. Made me feel at ease with my problems and the procedure went well! Would highly recommend her!

Awful physician! Very rude and very rushed, she portrayed she knew it all yet when I asked questions wanted me to make another appointment!!!

VERY knowledgeable, bedside manner EXCELLENT. Could not ask for a more superior doc. She made me feel so comfortable and was so nice to my young son. Would HIGHLY recommend to ANYONE.

I would not go back to this office. I had a procedure done at 2pm and called, in tears due to intense pain, at 4pm. Was advised to go right to ER and they said they wld call the MD on call at Riverside and advise I was coming. While in the ER, I also called their emerg number and asked the MD on call to call me back. That on call doctor never came to see me in the ER and never called me back. No one from the office ever called me the next day to follow up on my severe pain and trip to ER.

I have seen Dr. Book and felt very much at ease with her. Having Urological issues and bladder issues. I cannot wait for her to let me know what kind of treatment she can do to help with y issues. Would definitely recommend her to the ladies with like issues. PH

Per Dr. Books instructions, I left a message for her M.A. to advise that the medication she had given me did not work. I left a message 8 days ago. I have called three times since, and still no callback. Very disappointed.

Dr. Book is more than an excellent doctor, she is a very caring doctor.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Book. I went in feeling completely hopeless after numerous other doctors couldn't/wouldn't help me. I left there nearly in tears of happiness. Though I don't have a definitive diagnosis yet, I left there with a plan and more hope than I've had in a long time. She listened, understood, didn't rush me, made me feel completely validated with all of my pain, was thorough & explained everything she found after the exam & what it meant. I'd definitely recommend!

I've struggled with bladder pain and recurring UTI's for years. Its the first time in years i feel like i am on the right path to improve my health. With the help of Dr. Book I was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis. She spends time, answers all my questions but most importantly she listens to me. She was the first doctor to stop giving me antibiotics which was just treating the symptom and to focus on the cause. Most importantly she communicates with me and her staff.

Dr. Book was friendly, compassionate, and professional. She explained things very well, answered all of my questions, and treated me with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

I love Dr. Book. She was patient, and thoroughly answered all my questions. And when I had to go into surgery she stayed by my side until I went under to make sure all my fears didn't get the best of me. Her staff has gone over and beyond to make me feel comfortable in her office. They have always returned my phone calls promptly and I have never waited longer than 15 mins in her waiting room and exam room. The only thing negative about seeing her was the reason I had to see her but even with that she explained everything that was going to happen in such a concise way there were no surprises. I hope I never NEED to see her office again but if I do I know I'm in good hands. I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends. I love Dr. Book. She was patient, and thoroughly answered all my questions. And when I had to go into surgery she stayed by my side until I went under to make sure all my fears didn't get the best of me.
