Dr. Nicolas Maher Nammour

This Dr. is a waste of time, told everything is in your head, doesn't listen, and doesn't care to know the patient. He only hears what he wants to, talks over you. He doesn't review paperwork on patient prior to visit, and knows nothing of why you're even in. his office to begin with, don't waste your time or your money going to this guy. Asks for images and then doesn't review them, had to ask him to. The worst neurologist in the Houston area, learn how to talk to patients and how to treat them as human beings.

Do not waste your time with Dr Nammour. As another reviewer stated, he was terse, impatient and uninterested in my 85 year old mother's condition. She has been having severe headaches, has had several MRIs (submitted) and it was obvious he had not looked at the images, saying he didn't see anything. Other neurologists have seen that she has suffered strokes. My father's neurosurgeon suggested they see Dr Nammour. My mother has dementia and he insisted on asking her questions that she obviously could not answer; she didn't even know why she was there because of her dementia. He was rude to my father and would not allow him, her caretaker, to answer questions regarding her symptoms or allow him to fill in with critical information about her condition. Dr Nammour basically said she was fine and clearly she is not. What a waste of time, an incredibly frustrating visit and huge disappointment.

Bad experience - maybe Dr Nammour was having a bad day. I found him to be: terse, uninterested, a bit petty, irritable, did not want to review my MRI, in general - pretty useless. I had to schedule with another neurologist, who worked out much better. I cannot recommend Dr Nammour.

Very disappointing. I have never known a neurologist to request an MRI and not look at the images themself. His office advised me his standard practice is to let the radiology team do that part of the evaluation. I know from personal experience that great neurologists take the time to look at the MRI themselves because if the issue isn't obvious, the radiologist may not catch it. Further, he didn't seem determined to help me get to the bottom of my symptoms and while we had no answers the office advised there weren't any next steps. Thankfully I was able to locate an EXCELLENT Dr, and would highly recommend Dr Lincoln.

If you want to go to someone who won't get to the root of your pain, doesn't refill prescriptions for weeks and makes unauthorized refills for botox without any appointments on file- go here. This is the worst Dr. I have been to and I am sorry I wasted 2 years in pain when my current neurologist treated my pain on my first visit.

Dr. Nammour has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable with treating my wife's issues, and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a specialist that puts the patient first.

I really had high hopes for meeting Dr. Nicolas today, especially after reading all the good reviews online. Unfortunately my experience was totally the opposite. I suffer from severe headaches and I came to see Dr. Nicolas to get a second opinion after doing a number of tests with another neurologist and I brought the results with me for him to see. After I explained my symptoms to him and the pain I'm going through, he checked the tests results and looked at me and said "why are you here?" I told him "to get a second opinion". He said "You've done all the tests, what do you want me to do?"! I was shocked, then I told him "I'm sorry for wasting your time! I guess I should just give up and live with the pain?!" After that he ended with "I recommend that you stop seeing many doctors!". I honestly don't know if the doctor was having a bad day or what but this was one of the worst experiences with a doctor ever. On the other hand the staff of the clinic are really polite and organized.

Doctor Nammour is a very good doctor and very caring individuals. However, his new staff are not professional, the female Caucasian heavy weight who handle the billing insurance stated that my insurance is not longer inactive, then I have to call my insurance company and finding out that still active, when I handed her the phone she rolled her eyes and slammed her hand in the table when she find out that my other secondary insurance was inactive. Which maybe it might be a glitch in the system. We have this insurance for over 20 years. And also the front desk associate was also rude and not friendly. I came there for a treatment and get cured for my migraine and anxiety. Today I was very disappointed the way the handle the situation. If they don’t like their job they should not work on there. I am not comfortable going to that doctor’s office due to the fact what incident accord today.

Excellent. Very personable. Diadnosed my problem quickly and prescribed compounded med for potential pain relief. I highly recommend Dr Nammour.

This is the worst doctor ever. He missed the bedside lessons. Never waste your time seeing this doctor. I have never walked out on an office visit but I did with Dr. Nammour! His staff is great but he sucks.

Dropped my walking stick on the floor and kicked my socks and shoes under the bed I was lying and did not bother to put it back as they were. Very poor attitude and treated me as I was nothing and have no value. I was in severe pain and numbing both legs. I have hard time walking and numbness is there all the time. I don't believe that his practice is any good. He should be evaluated by the higher authorities to see if he is doing his job or not. One of the most difficult task that confronts one is to find a Good Physician, especially one who specializes in Neurology. Wow, thanks to Doctor Nicolas Nammour my neurological problem has been handled and resolved. Dr. Nammour provided health care in a manner consistent to the finest in patient care and appreciation. He exhibits the best in bedside manner (totally awesome). You are treated not just as a patient but as a friend. He takes the time to interact and communicate with you to know you and your condition. This is the first time I can truly say; it was indeed a wonderful experience to be treated by a physician. I am back to normal, however, I look forward to future follow up visits.

Dr. Nammour is exceptional! I came to him extremely fearful and nervous. He was the kind, reassuring, and professional. Any patient appreciates such a manner. Appropriate tests were ordered, and when explaining the results, Dr. Nammour took his time, and his cheerful manner lightened my anxiety. I’m convinced that I have a guardian angel who sent me to this very doctor. He’s wonderful!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Nammour. As I said in another comment, he is a wonderful doctor. He listens, is kind and provides excellent care.

I have been to many doctors for my migraines and he’s the best. After three years of dealing with them he found a solution for them. He’s more up to date with medication and would recommend him to everyone. He’s the best and great listener and find fast solutions for any pain you have.

I had a severe migraine. I saw many Drs before and didn't get any better until I visited Dr. Nammour. I'm doing great now on the new treatment. Would recommend Dr. Nammour to all my friends.

Got wrong Diagnosis. He told me I have Spinal Stenosis and gave me medications that didn't work and tried to schedule a follow up but the staff didn't care much and he was going on vacation. Had to go to a spinal specialist and I found out that I have herniated disks. Big difference. Also , When you come to his office, he rushes you to finish checking you. Will never go back to this guy !!!!!
