Physicians was very nice. He had one of the worst office staff that took advantage of situations and amongst other things I’m sure. Very sad .

great doctor for 14 years. very saddened that he moved away without any notice or even a referral! i need to see a doctor but i do not have one!

He's not returned calls to his patients or to the hospital. We drove to his office only to find a note taped to the window that he is only open on Weds. We returned to his office, trying to get our medical records, was told he hasn't been in for weeks and won't be returning...office window unlocked and medical records unsecured!!! Less than a one star review if it were possible.

I saw Dr Tsambassis in the Franklin clinic for my first visit. I waited almost 3 hours to see him. I felt he was fair at listening however he would not refill a medication that I have been taking for 21 years. His clothing was filthy and unprofessional. The clinic was supposed to get me a referral with another MD ( a specialist) and 6 mo the later they haven’t.

Very unorganized, filthy office, not up to code & most defiantly had multiple HIPAA & OSHA violations. Management unorganized & clueless on administrative duties. Physician polite but lacked experienced medical staff that most likely led to his demise. Sorry for ya, but common courtesy and unselfishness would have put u in a more stable condition.
