I am very impressed with Milwaukee eye care and Dr. Nicholas Frame. Dr. Frame is extremely professional listens well and explains things well to his patience soft-spoken and on time I highly recommend Milwaukee eye care.

Everyone was pleasant and professional. Dr. Frame did an analysis on my eyes and explained the condition well.

I’ve been a patient since 2015. Dr Frame is easy to understand. When I leave the office I know exactly what is going on with my eyes and what I need to do weather meds, new glasses and when I need to come back.

Went over everything going on with my eyes. Helped me feel better about everything.

This was just a follow-up visit. I appreciate that Dr. Frame takes time to answer questions in a way that makes them understandable.

I had 2 cataracts removed by Dr Frame. Procedures went well and all personnel I interacted with were professional and considerate. Would definitely recommend Milwaukee Eye Care.

Great!!

Dr. Frame thoroughly and patiently reviewed my situation with me. I felt confident that he will do all he can to help tweak my eye situation to give me the best vision possible.

The entire staff was very helpful. From the checking in, to the staff that did all the eye tests before seeing doctor Frame. And finally the surgery scheduler. She answered all my questions.

The visit was great. I got in on time and was helped very efficiently. I was very satisfied and happy when I left the office. My only complaint is when you call back to schedule no one answers and they don’t get back to you.

Unexplained 35 minute wait tainted the overall experience. Why not advise patients when staff knows there will be a delay in seeing doctor?

Dr. Frame completed my cataract surgery in both eyes and most recently the laser procedure due to the scar tissue afterwards. He is efficient and I always felt extremely comfortable in his hands. He is a wonderful doctor and surgeon......happy to have been his patient.

Dr Frame offered empathetic care and was a wonderful educator with the health of my eyes His staff was caring and extremely attentive which I find rare in this day and age I am so grateful to have found them I would give them 10 stars plus !!!

This was my initial assessment for cataracts. I felt well educated throughout the appointment from Cam’s pre work thru Dr Frame’s evaluation and on to Jocelyn’s surgical coordination! I felt as if I had a 100 more questions to ask…they had all the time needed to answer each question!

I had a post-op appointment with Dr. Frame. He was very thorough and responded to all of my questions in a caring manner. He repeatedly asked if I had any more questions, so I felt very comfortable asking them.

My cataract surgery was a positive experience and my vision is good. Dr. Frame called me that night to see how I was. The staff at Envision Surgery was very friendly and supportive. I’m looking forward to having the other eye done!

Annual eye exam

Been going to Dr. Frame for quite a few years. He's very friendly & always willing to answer questions if you have them.

Have had an iridotomy and cataract surgery with Dr. Frame and have been very pleased with his explanation of the conditions and his surgical skills. Would highly recommend.

All staff is very professional. Dr Frame is caring and knowledgeable about every aspect of eye care. He took the time to answer all of my questions. He performed a successful eye surgery. I give my complete faith and trust to a wonderful physician.

Dr. Frame and the team at Milwaukee Eye provided caring and excellent services. They made sure that I knew and understood everything that was going on with my services. They also made sure I was comfortable with my treatment.

Dr. Frame was good and thorough during the initial appointment and exam. However, his surgical scheduler is awful, Jacklyn. I tried on several occasions to get her to return my phone calls and/or email for several days. No response. I guess she didn’t think I was worth the bother because I decided to think about the overall $16,000 price tag for laser assisted intra ocular cataract lens replacement. I’m frustrated that I wasted my time with this office as I had to seek care from another ophthalmologist. I took a chance on the Dr. Frame and his office which I now regret. Additionally, I have decided to move forward with the surgery but now with the Alexander Eye Institute in Appleton, WI which was highly recommended by several of my medical colleagues! Poor office staff is costly in both real $$$ and potential future referrals. This staff just lost this office roughly $16,000 (insurance plus out of pocket payment). I recently had my annual check up with Dr. Frame. I had cataract surgery a little over a year ago and all went well. Follow up annual visit also went well. I sincerely enjoy working with Dr. Frame. Everything is handled professionally.

My appointment was with Dr. Frame was excellent. The tests I had done before seeing him were performed as soon as I arrived in the office and I saw the doctor shortly afterwards. As always Dr. Frame was very thorough in explaining the results of the tests and what our treatment path forward was going to be. Great doctor and great staff!

Dr. Frame took the time explain the procedures and any complications (which did not occur). He also took the time to discuss other eye related issues I was concerned about.

Greeted upon arrival. The Check-in process was efficient. A very short wait before being called back for the initial measurement. Only a few minutes the provider knocked and came in. Very good communications. Takes time to answer questions. My results post-surgery have been excellent.

Could not ask more....from a physician. I bless this kind man that God has chosen to be an eye doctor, with many more years of his expertise!! I'm going on 89 soon and know he is doing everything in his power to help me see with this one eye!!

Absolutely! Very satisfied with the cataract surgery on my first eye. Looking forward to completing the surgery on my second eye. Scheduling a needed follow up appointment was done efficiently and in a very timely manner (same day). I would highly recommend Dr Frame.

Dr. Frame did an amazing job in diagnosing the possibility of an aneurysm, which an MRI confirmed. I am eternally grateful. He is also doing an amazing job with my cataract to surgery. I have been a patient of Milwaukee Eye Care Associates fo almost 55 years.

Dr Frame and his team did my annual eye examination. Careful attention to providing a isolated, sanitized environment to prevent transmission of Covid 19. Both the tech and Dr Frame answered my questions carefully and completely. The tech was patient as we worked through the lense choices to get the best lense prescription possible, which was challenging while wearing a mask that steamed up some of the lenses. The exam was complete in 1 hour from my arrival. I felt that they cared for my well being. Well done. Dr Frame and his team did my annual eye examination. Dr. Frame is always friendly and courteous. He updates me on any tests, puts things in context, and explains the tests and results.

Awful. Wrong lens implanted; correction was minimal. Dr Frame suggested that more correction would come with surgery to the other eye! Wrong.

I needed an emergency eye exam after business hours and Dr. Frame waited for me to arrive and was very kind and thorough with his exam. I could not be more satisfied and grateful for his care.
