Nicholas Fletcher

Joshua Meyers, Tony, and Joshua’s nurse were excellent. The office was a bit difficult to deal with at times but I think this is in part to trying to find good staff, a new office and phone system.

First, I thank God for sending us to Atlanta. Dr. Fletcher put our minds to ease with my daughter’s procedure. She was diagnosed with scoliosis. Everything went as expected (as he told us it would). He and his staff are amazing and my family and I will be forever grateful. I highly recommend him. My daughter is recovering better than expected. Thank you, Jesus!

Dr. Fletcher has been the primary doctor overseeing my daughter's severely broken arm since the break happened, back in June. He has been amazing and very easy to reach. He is thorough and answers all of my questions, makes sure that I fully understand what is going on and what to expect. When I have a concern or question, I generally send those via MyChart and get responses from Marci, his wonderful assistant, within a few hours. He is very attentive to his patients and is great at making sure they're comfortable. The stress from her injury has been huge, but it has helped immensely to have him as her doctor through all of this.

I thought that Dr. Fletcher was extremely professional, caring, and careful, but I was wrong. I found out he was speaking negatively about my child to other doctors while smiling to my face. It is terrible to trust a doctor and find your trust was misplaced. I'm devastated. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

We love Dr. Fletcher! We couldn't have asked for a better physician to take care of our daughter's hip dysplasia. When we were first seen by Dr. Fletcher, we extremely scared and nervous at the thought of our 9 month old baby needing surgery. But Dr. Fletcher put us at ease with his knowledge, experience and extremely warm and kind personality! He treats us like family!

Everyone at Emory, from making an appointment, to the check in staff, nurses, and especially Dr. Fletcher is the BEST!! I’ve never had a more positive experience in healthcare.

Dr. Fletcher and his staff were very personable and informative about my daughter injury and surgery. This was her 2nd surgery in a 3 month period and he made it be a positive experience. I would recommend him to other students for orthopedic surgery. The Parent of Morgan Toombs

Our son had a significant spinal fusion, and Dr. Fletcher spent more than enough time with us to ensure we understood the procedure. He set our expectations for the day of surgery and recovery appropriately. When we had a minor set-back, Dr. Fletcher was in constant communication with us to ensure the recovery was back on track. He is extremely responsive and listened to our concerns and goals. Great doctor, great surgeon, wonderful man.

I was 14 yrs old when I met Dr. Fletcher and I was extremely nervous. Not only was I nervous about meeting him for the first time but I had received bad advice from the previous doctors I had spoken with about my scoliosis. They basically tried to rush me into doing something I wasn't ready to do and the way they came at me made me very scared. Going in ,Dr. Fletcher was only a second opinion. But all that changed when he shook my hand. I felt welcomed and relaxed but most of all I felt as if I had a big brother telling me there was nothing to worry about and that everything was going to be OK. I didnt get a chance to thank him after my surgery because I was out of it for days. But if you see this and if you actually read it lol I would like to thank you from the button of my heart after 5 long years you have been in the back of my mind and I just again want to say thankyou for making me feel like myself again and thankyou for your kindness, patience and you deserve everything good in life. Dr. Fletcher is an amazing surgeon! He has the absolute BEST personality and is wonderful with teenagers! My daughter loved seeing him. I do not think I would've felt as comfortable with my daughter's spinal fusion if anyone else had been the doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Fletcher!

When my son broke his arm, our pediatrician immediately recommended Dr. Fletcher - and we are so grateful! Dr. Fletcher has been wonderful.

My daughter broke her leg and we had several problems with the treatment we received at CHOA and Childrens Orthopaedics of Atlanta. We were referred by our pediatrician, Phil Weiss and are so thankful for his referral. Dr. Fletcher is super nice and great with kids. Tony Hunt, the casting tech is THE BEST! He works so hard to make sure my daughter is happy. She was devastated when she found out she had 2 more weeks in cast. He found her a super new tie-die cast and is so patient and thorough!

Dr. Fletcher performed an emergency surgery on my son who was 13 at the time for a growth plate injury. He was superb,his surgical skill set, attention to detail and bedside manner are literally the greatest I've seen...it was such a pleasure for my son to be treated by him...my family really wishes he was a family doctor so we all could see him!
