Dr. Niangui Wang

Wow, he was actually horrible from the start .... He IGNORED a request for a blood test, only for him to order it once I sat down in front of him.... ONLY TO MAKE ME COME BACK TO NOT EVEN INTERPRET THE RESULTS!!!!! So then I sit and ask for things he acted like he had NO CLUE!!!! He LITERALLY said "I don't know". Then they discharged my because I was rude, with no results

This doctor replaced my old neurologist of 10 years who passed away and my care went down the drain from there. He's not familiar with Texas prescription laws, he's from New York, and requires his patients to come in every month just for a prescription refill when my old doctor saw me every six months. He also had no idea of my full medical history with nerve pain and narcolepsy after 10 months of seeing him. He doesn't do a neuro/medical assessment of any kind during my visits but charges me each time through Medicare. My daughter's, one with a masters in nursing and the other a nurse legal consultant, told me he should be at the minimum doing a neuro assessment of some kind when I go in and when I asked him to do it on my last visit, he sent a letter in the mail afterwards saying he would no longer continue being my neurologist or filling my scripts for narcolepsy. His rapport with his patients, based on other review sites, is extremely poor and I do not recommend his office.

His receptionist also is very rude and confrontational and works outside of her scope of practice by telling me how the doctor will handle my care and medications without even speaking to him first. This office needs to reconsider employing him and his staff if they want to maintain any decent reputation.

Dr. Niangui Wang Neurologist at Capital Region Special Surgery 1220 New Scotland Road Slingerlands, NY 12159 DO NOT GET BOTOX INJECTIONS FOR MIGRAINES FROM THIS PHYSICIAN. I have had 3 prior injections with great results from another physician prior to DR. WANG. First time having him inject me I ended up with BOTH EYES DROOPING!!!! My headaches are worse because my muscles are trying to pull my eyelid up that I have to keep putting my hand on my brow and raise it up to relieve pressure
