Very bad 1st experience last year at this practice. Dr. Sika was very rushed during my exam, never offered to do the dilation, totally missed my cataract. I ordered new bifocals, but when they came in I was unable to see through the right lens. The staff was very rude when I tried to return them and after a 2nd exam with another doc, was told I had a cataract and that's why I couldn't see with right eye. But even after acknowledging their error, they still would not take the glasses back. So, my insurance company and I spent a combined $400 on glasses that are worthless to me. The staff are friendly and the exam is very good. My only issue with this place is that they guard your prescription like it's their first born daughter. I assume this is because they want you to purchase frames and lenses from them. I was told by the doctor that they could print me a copy. I was then told by the desk that they would mail it to me. Appointment occurred greater than a week ago and still nothing arrived. Now I have to call and ask for it. This will be the third time I ask for it. Why do I have to ask three times for something that they should've given me a copy of without my even asking in the first place? The staff are friendly and the exam is very good. Located in the heart of Strongsville can make it a challenge to get in and out of the parking lot. There's not much parking since they share the lot with a bank. Once inside you are welcomed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable on what your insurance company will cover. They have a good selection of frames for the entire family. Dr. Sika has a good beside manner and will take the time to explain your exam and answer all of your questions regarding the method to correct your vision. I've been going to Dr Sika for a very long time, never had anything except positive experiences

Always enjoying to Dr Sika office. The eye exam is always very comprehensive and spot on. All the ladies are great as well and will always will help you with pick out the best glasses for you and that you can afford. We have gone to this office since we have moved back to the area.

I purchased glasses from Dr. Sika back in 2016 and paid for them in full. I just received a letter from a collection agency stating that I owe $340. This is over a year later. I have provided a copy of my credit card statement to their office proving payment. I have left messages at their office and no one calls me back. I do not recommend Dr. Sika's services and if you do use them, make sure you get billing statements, keep receipts and pay with a credit card. I'm taking my business elsewhere!
