He only seems to be concerned about the money he can make. I had two lesions to remove which each took 14 days to heal. He would not take them off together because he was worried he would get less reimbursement from ins. Terrible bedside manner, terrible doctor!!!!

Huge aggressive ego. Horrible bedside manner. Was advised to report him. Don’t see him.

Rude man as well as most lame exam ever! I have melanoma so I am very familiar with "full body exams". This man began my visit by barging into the room (no knock) while I was changing, in a full 'moon-landing' get-up and proceeded to give an extremely incomplete exam to about 50% of my body. Acted like I was interrupting his day and my concerns were trite. Didn't ask if I had any questions and breezed out.

I was shocked. I never imagined a doctor experience could go so poorly! Arrogant, poor bedside manner and childish behavior with Dr. Neil Shah. My nine-year-old had a chronic skin condition that needed to be looked at. We took him into to this location because Clarus Dermatology was the only location in the area who had an appointment before the end of the year. Dr. Shah walked into the examination room, quickly glanced at my son (maybe for one second) and pronounced his diagnosis: “Yup, that’s dry skin. Make sure to moisturize and I’ll prescribe a steroid.” When my wife tried to ask a few follow-up questions to understand the reason for his diagnosis, which by the way we knew was incorrect, he got very defensive and acted in a childish manner. “We’re done talking here,” he rudely replied. “ If you want a different answer you can go to Google or find a different doctor to speak with.“ With that, he walked out of the room, leaving my wife and the attending nurse speechless.

I’m very impressed with Dr Shah’s skill and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr Shah to anyone needing a dermatologist, particularly if you have fair skin and require annual all-over exams. I have had several different types of removal procedures by Dr Shah. He’s very good.

Dr Shah was the first dermatologist to suggest something other than ointments for my chronic Atopic Dermatitis. He suggested we try Photo Therapy. Although I was skeptical at first, it has helped reduce the flaking and itching I have dealt with for many years. I have recommended Dr Shah to many of my friends.

Such a nice Doctor. He's so competent at what ever he treats you for. I would have no problem recommending him to anyone. Don't hesitate making an appointment with him. I have had a lot of skin problems all my life (70 yrs. old). I got Psoriasis at age 18 so I have been to so many Dermatologist.

Minimized patient observations, concerns, and treatment objectives.

Dr Shah was great. I had the Mohs procedure done for a skin lesion. He explained completely what he was going to do and how I would look and feel after the procedure. The staff was excellent, professional and treated me with the utmost respect.
