I had two failed pregnancies I also suffered from hyper emesis gravidarum. I was having contractions and drove myself to the nearest hospital. I had the opportunity to meet Dr. ManSager in the ER department One of the nurses that was working decided to call him and he came to The emergency department after hours I was 20 weeks pregnant and having contractions back to back he showed great concern and came up with the plan to try and help save the pregnancy. I remember him telling me if I can get pregnant we could have a baby. I waited a few years and decided to try again I kept his information and made sure The moment I conceived I set up Care with his team I’m proud to say I have a five year old healthy Toddler. Thanks to the plan they came up with to help me get him here. His staff were so kind and patient just amazing! I would recommend him to anyone that has high risk pregnancies.

I was sent to this Dr after my water broke at 19 weeks. I didn’t expect great news but maybe some advice about how I can try to keep this pregnancy going for as long as possible. Once in the appointment the only person that seemed to have any compassion was the ultra sound tech. The bedside manner was terrible! Me and my living, moving baby were written off by everyone I met in this clinic in the first 2 minutes they were in the room with me. I was told to go back to work and let nature take it’s course. No one ever asked me what I did for a living, if I was on my feet all day or had a stressful job that would not be good for my already insanely stressful situation. It didn’t matter to anyone bc my baby was already dead to them. The only other advice I was given was the number to Hospice for after my baby died. Well I would love to show them my healthy 4 month old. I refused to take this advice and found a hospital with compassion and hope. I did end up delivering at 23 weeks and my baby is completely normal and going to be just fine. I truly believe I would not have my daughter today had I not advocated for my child and myself. What upsets me the most is that if Mercy doesn’t think they can help before 24 weeks then let me know there is a hospital in the state that will help me before this. But I get this is a business to you, but it’s also a child, my child I will do anything for. Thanks for being so awful to work with I found a much better solution. Dr.s Mandsager and Boyle were very supportive to me during my pregnancy even though our son was born at 31 weeks. Joseph is now 17 years old and I'll never forget how calm he was when he took over my pregnancy at 24 weeks from another MFM group. Their understanding that I had to continue to work even with my complications would never had happened without a shared trust and faith. I'm sure that he has helped many families since but this mom-of-seven children, will always appreciate their care

Dr Mansagger saved my life and my sons life. He is a great doctor that cares for his patients
