I have had 2 cochlear implants from Dr. Giddings. A consummate professional and caring person! He not only is literally among the very best in his field, he becomes your friend.

Dr.Giddings has overseen the care of my sons ears since they were babies. His knowledge, skill and experience give me peace of mind. He consistently provides exceptional care and we travel from Wenatchee to be treated by him. I highly recommend Dr.Giddings!

I've seen Dr Giddings since 1998 for ENT care. He identified me as a Cochlear Implant candidate early on but I struggled on without one until 2016. It was successful and I had a 2nd ear done in 2021. That ear had been stone deaf for about 65 years and many ENT's would not do it. I now hear in that side but understanding speech is not quite there yet. Both surgeries were free from side effects, and everything was explained to me. I love to chat with him and ask questions because he tells it like it is, no sugar coating of facts. His medical advice has always been right on. We are lucky to have someone like him in Spokane.

Dr. Giddings has been my doctor for the past 5 years since being diagnosed with an acoustic nerouma. He is the type of doctor who actually spends time with his patients. He is honest and caring. Thank you for being a great doctor.

Long time waiting to be seen, however, once back there, with Dr. Giddings things went smoothly and efficiently. He's thorough and explains treatment well.

I have had my cochlear sense 2007 he is very good, and so is my cochlear!

I have never met a more compassionate caring doctor in all of my 65 years of being alive this man is an angel I would recommend him to everyone that I know, thank God for Dr Giddings I don’t know where I would be without him.

Dr. Giddings is the best! I've been taking my son there since he was 2, he's now 26! Have always received the best of care & treatments!

Dr Giddings is a wonderful Physician. What I mean by that is that he is brilliant, he thinks outside of the box and knows his speciality. He is also caring and compassionate, we have total trust in him. We are so grateful for him and how he helped my daughter and now my husband. We think he's one in a million!

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Giddings. He wrote down everything for me since I can't hear anything. He answered my questions clearly for me to understand. I highly recommend him to anyone with any kind of hearing loss. Gail Geaudreau Ps: My only complaint is both times when I checked in, the receptionist did not ask for payment of my copay. Both times after my appt I had to go back to the check in area and wait in line again to remind them that they did not ask for my copayment earlier.

There is no one better than Dr. Giddings. He is the very best.

He was amazing. My son just turned one years old. he has had almost one ear infection every month for the last six months. after telling his Provider that i didn't want to just get antibiotics again i was told about the Spokane ENT. I Called and made an appointment. when we got in they ran a few tests and determined he had a big fluid build up behind his ear drums, He lost 25% of his hearing. Rather than proscribing more medicine Dr. Giddings got my son scheduled for bi-lateral tubes. It was a fast easy process. all in all it was about a seven minute procedure. They did a great job explaining it all to me, he made a follow up appointment and even called me the next day to ask how my boy was doing. My son had immediate results! I would HIGHLY recommend him! He was amazing. Doc Giddings is an excellent doctor explaining everything that is going to happen during your procedure. He has a wonderful caring personality. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing his expertise. You have little wait time in his office. One thing I like is he remembers who you are, as many doctors do not when you are not their primary care patient.

Dr.Giddings is outstanding! He gave me hope when no other ENT could. Had a very rare inner ear disorder. I went to numerous ENT doc in Spokane, California and Seattle. He was able to properly diagnose me and perform surgery. Feel great! He was very reassuring and answered all my questions along the way. Also, his assistant Tonya, phenomenal! I've been going to Spokane ENT and Dr. Giddings for about 15 years. They are exceptional. I go for hearing related issues and then take a child for allergies. They are always professional and kind. I saw a comment that someone had to wait in the waiting room for a long time and in all of these years I've only experienced that one time and it's when they had an emergency situation with another patient which is totally understandable. Dr Giddings is soo amazing... I definately reccommend him!!! He took the time to explain things so I could understand.. I never felt rushed through my appt or made to feel like I was just a number... Very caring!!!

I mistakenly wrote my review in the Dr. Ahlstrom section. My appointment was with Dr. Giddings. He was apologetic that we had to wait, yet this seems to be part of the practice's organization culture. Both times I visited I wasted a lot of time waiting.
