Dr. Neeoo W. Chin

Dr. Chin is extremely knowledgeable of his work. After I was under a doctor and nothing happen. As soon I talked to Dr. Chin I felt something was going to happen because he told to me as a family. I live in Louisville, I went with my wife to see if we could get pregnant. We were pregnant and we had a twin. Dr. Chin, keep up the good work.

I visited Dr Chin's clinic for years. Did not have any luck with them. The entire team is a mess. They don't care about your issues even it is caused by the treatment they gave you. They told you different things during the treatment. You have to do researches by yourself before you jump into there and start a treatment , do not expect them explain things they gonna do on you without asking. The reasons I chose his office from entire state because I saw he had a lot of good reviews from one website. It is about over 300 good reviews. I did feel fishy because most of reviews are posted on the similar time period. However I thought the data might pull out from other site that is why the reviews day were off. But if you compare the reviews amount to a way bigger hospital in the state, you'll never see any doctor have so many reviews. That is crazy. Don't waste time and money here.

Dr. Chin was a pleasure to work with but the rest of his team, specifically the financial team, was very sub-par. Especially compared to our interactions with Springcreek Fertility's financial team. If you have worried about finances don't be like us and get sacked with an extra $4300 hospital bill that was never quoted or mentioned to us before the procedure. I called the office and they said "we can't control what the hospital charges". That's true but you for sure know a "ballpark" number they'll charge (you have contracts with them for a reason...). It comes down to pure incompetence. Overall, Dr. Chin is a good doctor (though our last IVF transfer was unsuccessful) but his support side is lacking. I was with Dr. Chin for years. He was our first experience with fertility treatments and had hoped my Dr would educate me and put me on the best plan for success. It wasn't until I joined a support group that I realized that going through 16 rounds of IUIs was not normal and was excessive. 16 ROUNDS!!! I know now that is INSANE! I also know how much better the lab technology and operations are of some of the bigger labs in the country. We traveled out of state and were highly successful much more quickly. Loved going to see everyone there! Helped me through my infertility!

From the first video conference to my first clinic visit,I knew without the shadow of a doubt that I was in great hands. Throughout this journey he is by far the greatest Dr I have had on my side. I love the communication!! it made me feel safe, made me feel like finally a person who is ready to help me attain what will work for me and my family is in my corner. The journey is not over for us because we really just got started but one thing is for sure, I have the best team on my side. Am blessed to have found these amazing people all in on office. Because of Dr. Chin I have the most amazing Granddaughter❤️ I watched as my daughter tried for years to have a baby and because of Dr. Chin she was able to have her precious gift. I went to several of her appointments with him and he is not only an amazing doctor but a wonderful sympathetic man. Hoping for a second next year.

Let me just say this Doctor Chin is a god send! He got us to conceive after my wife and PCOS and Endometriosis! He gave us a brand new little baby girl that was born just a few hours ago! This review is over 2 years late, but better late than never!!! I started seeing Dr. Chin in 2015. He was so down to earth and relatable that we immediately felt comfortable working with him. He sits down with you every appointment, and talks to you about next steps and what to expect. You NEVER feel like he is rushing out the door. He also makes sure to treat every patient individually, and does not just "go through the motions" as though every infertility patient needs the same treatment. I felt he truly cared about us and was rooting for us to achieve our goal as much as any friend or family member would. I also LOVED LOVED LOVED the staff. Everyone was so friendly and understanding. The absolute best! We will never be able to thank Dr. Chin & his staff enough for putting an end to our 7 year infertility struggle. My only regret is not seeing Dr. Chin earlier. He listens and customizes care. He didn't give up on our dream when other specialists had. His staff is phenomenal and always available to answer questions. They're truly like family now. If I could give a million stars I would! Dr Chin and his staff helped me to attain the greatest gift of my life... my daughter! The knowledge and compassion I received while I was at this practice was overwhelming. Dr Chin ALWAYS took his time with me, never rushing or making me feel like I was just another client. He remembered personal details, asked about my family, and would remember things about my past medical history ... little things that showed how much he really takes the time to get to know his patients in all aspects. Dr Chin and his staff really make you feel like family! Infertility is such a personal and emotional journey, being able to trust your doctor and their staff is absolutely essential, it can really make or break your journey. Dr Chin took the time from day #1 to try and get to the root of our fertility problems as opposed to jumping straight to expensive procedures that may or may not have worked. I can't say enough about Dr. Chin and his wonderful staff! After years of struggling with infertility and Dr.s who wouldn't listen to me, I was referred to Dr. Chin. He is kind, compassionate, and actually listened to my concerns. His staff is friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have, and everyone makes you feel welcome. I am happy to say that I am currently 12 weeks pregnant, and my husband and I are forever grateful to him for helping make our dream a reality.

Best dr you will ever see. Laid back and extremely educated!! I got pregnant the first month of going to see him back in April! It's expensive but it's worth it.

After RPL, Dr. Chin was able to help us get pregnant and have our first child. He and his staff staff are amazing and compassionate! Highly recommend!

Will be forever grateful for Dr Chin! He helped expand our family.

Dr. Chin and his staff are truly amazing. A friend who has two children recommended him to me and I am so glad we walked through those doors and never looked back. I am now 10 weeks pregnant after IVF. It takes a lot to go through this process but every single step of the way Dr Chin and his staff where right there with me. I tear up thinking about it because I feel so blessed to have found them. Without Dr Chin my husband and I would not be having our miracle baby. We are forever grateful! After a long time of trying to convince my husband and I were introced to Dr. Chin and his amazing staff. His office is such a comforting and hopefully place! After 3 IUIs we finally conceived our daughter. I am proud to say I have a Chin Baby!

Great experience. He listened to what my husband and I were concerned about and also what our thoughts were! He did all he could while knowing my insurance wouldn’t cover any testing. He made sure to give us a plan that we were excited about and hopeful for without making us have to do lots of testing! His staff are the best! They truly care! From the first phone call when I was in tears to the last visit I had! You felt like a sister or best friend to them and they wanted you to succeed!

Dr. Chin and his staff are phenomenal always a pleasure to work with, very understanding of your own personal wants and needs. Helped me achieve pregnancy. Will be starting to try again this month, for baby #2 and Dr. Chin is already on board with me to help me get there again.

I was thankfully told about dr chin from 2 friends. After losing my 4th child i was at a loss. Went to 6 other drs only to be told it happens. Within 2 months dr chin had figured out what was wrong and it was an easy fix and i have 2 beautiful girls to thank him for. God bless

Dr. Chin and his staff are amazing! I am due to have my little miracle baby any day and it’s all because Dr. Chin. We met with the other “top” specialists in the area but I just felt like a number and because of a complicated situation were told we had slim chances with little hope. Dr. Chin took a personal approach in our case that helped us navigate surgery and IVF with confidence and hope but realistic expectations.

Dr. Chin helped us have our two sons, ages 27 & 25. He has been the finest doctor that I have had the pleasure of knowing. He is knowledgeable, warm, engaging and highly skilled. I continue to refer people to him to this day!

After 8 painful years of infertility we now have a beautiful, healthy baby girl thanks to Dr. Chin. After seeing numerous doctors to no avail, Dr. Chin had it figured out after his very first meeting with us. We we're pregnant within 2 months of treatment, but the pregnancy ended in miscarriage. We we're heartbroken, but we had hope for the first time thanks to the incredible support and encouragement of Dr. Chin and his caring staff. Now we are blessed beyond belief. I was told in no uncertain terms that I could not have a child. I was recommended by friends that I go see Dr. Chin for a second opinion. He took the time to speak with my husband and I and give us options. I helped us make a plan that we could all get behind. He was honest, caring and understanding. Most important we was successful. We had our son two months ago.. I can not recommend him enough!

I cannot thank this practice enough. Every practice should operate this way. Since 2010, I had been complaining of certain symptoms and was always blown off by doctors.. At one point I was told I was textbook perfect. You start to really doubt yourself, but you know your body. Decided to go here for one last opinion, and Dr. Chin beliveved me right from start. After surgery, he gave me my quality of life back. All of his staff are amazing, and they all genuinely care about you and your health.

Dr. Chin is an incredible and amazing fertility specialist. When you've given up hope, look to Dr. Chin.

After 2.5 years, countless doctors, and 3 miscarriages, a friend referred me to Dr Chin who was a lifesaver. After meeting with him for 30 mins, he was able to determine what was causing my fertility issues and his prediction was proved 100% correct through testing. His entire office staff is responsive, on the ball, and kind. After one cycle of ovulation induction, I was pregnant and am happy to say I am now 14 weeks along with no problems so far. He is a true diamond in the rough.

Excellent staff with an even more wonderful doctor leading the greater Cincinnati area through infertility. Not only did Dr. Chin and his staff guide and support me through miscarriage and success I found tremendous amount of benefits through acupuncture. I was highly stressed and anxious during the whole process, and after a successful positive, I continued acupuncture through my first (otherwise very nauseous) trimester. Thank you Dr. Chin!!

Dr. Chin and his staff are compassionate and real. They have been a part of my life for 3+ years now and helped us have our daughter. I would not go anywhere else. Dr. Chin was the second RE we visited - the first was impersonal, cold and offputting. Dr. Chin was sympathetic, heartfelt and truly cared about us. He knew what we were going through (not being able to conceive) and shared our pain. Truly a doctor who loved giving hope and counsel to his patients. After a few tries with his opinion and our trust in him, we got pg with my amazing (now 9yo) twin girls. He was the answer to our prayers and a true blessing.

He is an amazing Dr. After years of heartbreak and unsuccessful prosedures, he found out the reason for all our miscarriages through a simple blood test. Since then he put me on a compound vitamin twice daily for folic acid, and we now have 3 beautiful boys in addition to our daughter. Don't give up on hope. I'm glad we didn't. Dr. Chin and his staff are by far the BEST medical experience I have ever had. My partner and I spent many days over a year and a half at The Fertility Wellness. The entire staff made a very tough journey so much better by being honest, caring, respectful, open and proactive. Dr. Chin spent much time each visit answering questions, helping us plan, and explaining medications/procedures. Sandy and Grace (nurses) were always there with a support and answers. Grace answered texts from me at all hours of the day. I never felt scared or alone through this journey because of Dr. Chin and his team.
