Dr Patel is very knowledgeable and experienced and provided a much better experience for me than did a previous surgeon I had seen. He called me the evening of my procedure and was very willing to help me however needed. He will be my “go to” should I need any additional work.

He was incredible. I had a big issue with my mother (who has dementia) and he was patient, quick, and got the job done while keeping mom calm and pain free.

I never had a reason to see an oral surgeon until this year, so Dr Patel was my first. On several occasions he's been able to see me on very short notice. He explained everything that was happening, helped make everything go smoothly, and connected me with the right people when necessary. He has also followed up to see how I was doing on a regular basis. I can't recommend him enough.

I was referred to Dr. Patel at BCC Oral Surgery after fracturing my jaw a month ago. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his team. Dr. Patel is approachable, highly skilled, and shows genuine care for his patients. I appreciated how clearly he explained my injury and potential treatment options, which left me feeling confident in our discussed plan and what to expect over the next month. Dr. Patel goes the extra step - he called to check on me after my procedure and contacted my dentist, so she was aware of additional treatment I would need.

I was been suffering with my Wisdom Teeth for months and my Insurance didn’t cover it at all. I been in many places to see if my Insurance could covered for the extractions, none of the places I went did. So, i met Dr, Petel and told about the pain and the problem i was having with my Wisdom Teeth. So without thinking it twice he told me to come over to his Office. And he pulled them out. ???? I was so surprised when he told me to come to his Office that he was going to do it. He is so kind, I am so happy and thankful to him. All i can say is thank you so very much Dr, Patel. May God bless you much more. And his Staff are really nice. And a vey neat and clean Office. And i will try my best to recommend our Patients. Again, thank you Dr, Patel and Staff.

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Patel. My 7 year-old son required a broken baby molar extraction. My son was initially nervous when he arrived but soon relaxed as he was welcomed by a very friendly team. He was offered to select a movie and sat holding my hand while Dr. Patel explained the procedures to me. After Dr. Patel answered all my questions, I felt very confortable with moving forward with sedation to reduce any discomfort. The team showed great patience as my son took his time to drink the sedative and took great care as he recovered after the procedure was done. Dr. Patel came out to tell me all went well and kindly answered my questions. He called later in the day to check up on my son. Thanks to Dr. Patel, my son had a very positive experience and is doing well. I highly recommend Dr. Patel.

Our experience with Dr Patel and his team was just amazing. My 14 year old son had his wisdom teeth removed under IV sedation with Dr. Patel. Dr Patel was so kind, caring and gentle that my son woke up and he didn't even notice when they started. The staff were so kind and helpful. The recovery was fast and pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Patel for any dental surgical procedure.

The BEST Oral Surgery Office I have ever been to! I woke up with one side of my face completely swollen and in pain. I was referred to Dr. Neel Patel and was able to be seen right away and was able to complete the forms in advance! The office is immaculate, modern and equipped with state of the art technology. The staff are so kind and so helpful. Dr. Patel was so polite, so professional and made me feel very comfortable. He took his time and explained to me what was going on and that I had nothing to worry about and he was going to take care of me. Turns out I had an infection and abscess and needed an Incision and Drainage procedure. Dr. Patel is an amazingly skilled surgeon and I didn’t feel a thing! Dr. Patel calling me that evening to check up on me just shows how much he truly cares for each and every one of his patients. Few days later I was back to my normal self. I cannot praise Dr. Patel and his staff enough. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and this practice.
