It took me years to get the courage to look into a breast reduction and I was referred by my primary doctor. During my consultation his assistant actually laughed at me. I was so humiliated all I wanted to do was get dressed and leave. On top of that, I was still made to pay for that humiliting experience!!! I already had self esteem issues from the constant comments by men from a very young age. It took me 5+ yrs to get enough courage to seek another plastic surgeon to do my breast reduction.
