Each time has been great the dr and staff is kind nice and helpful I been a patient also my family for 25 years or more

This is not a visit Review because we were turned away. We have been patients for over 40 years of Dr. Mermelstein. He has been taken over by Jefferson Hospital. We called about a sick visit and was told by staff that he no longer sees sick patients, nor does he call in perscriptions. The last two times I called there I was told to go to ER or Urgent Care. Well wouldn't it have been nice if he had actually sent out letters to his patients to make them aware of the fact that he only sees patients that are WELL ?? We will find another doctor - this was a betrayal on his part for all of his practice.

Great doctor and office people very nice and helpful. Awesome people to talk to also.

Was in the ER they recommended this office. I called they asked me for my doctors name started they not taking new patients and hung up the phone.

I feel as though I'm being very nice with my three stars considering every single time I go to see Neil I wait at least an hour okay my appointment today was at 10 I sat in the waiting room for 50 minutes and then when I finally would gets that to a room I would have been waiting there for another 15 before actually being seen by a doctor so overall I would have been waiting an hour and 20 i got there 15 mins early nothing personal against this doctor but every time I go to see his brother I'm in and out something has to be done with this doctor's office it doesn't flow right at all and this isn't my first time this has happened to me this is the first time I've ever written about it. I hardly like riding with views at all because it's not right for people to judge based on reviews but this is my honest review because at this point I am just beyond over it I had to sit there with a three-year-old who gets impatient extremely fast considering she's a child! There is not enough space here to tell u how great of a Dr he is. He will answer any questions you may have n if he doesn't know the answer, he will find it or direct u to the professional who does. He treats u like ur the only patient there. N most of the girls in the office r so nice n helpful

Nice people but slow service I mean waiting an hr + in waiting room then 25 more min maybe longer in the room is ridiculous and and uncalled for. They don't have a number to use for fax so anytime you need something u have to take it or go.... That's annyong in 2019 come on. I ask for a referral gave them my insurance and they still sent me somewhere where my insurance didn't cover so that was a waste of my time. Very patient and listens. I've been going to Neil since I was 10. 24 years now .best doctor around .

Great doctor! He doesn't rush, makes you feel comfortable, he is brilliant and also funny. Very caring and compassionate person.

I have been going to Neil over 20 years now and he is the best. He takes his time and listens to you . Never rushes you out . He is very compassionate. Great person and a great doctor!

I am very pleased with this office. Pleasant staff. All matters adressed quickly. Never have a problem scheduling an appt and there is barely a wait time in thw waiting room.
