I would give 0 stars if I could. I was told by the dentist there would be no charge for my visit only to get a $300 bill two months later (which I paid in full). Two years later I received another bill for $83 because they made a mistake on the amount owed. TWO YEARS LATER!!

Thanks to the great staff at Gentle Family Dentistry, I have my white smile back. They have a new process that is going to keep my teeth white for years thanks to the free touch up kits. I am over the moon happy! Great place to go for dental work.

Great experience! I was having tooth pain for a few days and they were able to get me in right away for evaluation as a new patient. The staff was very friendly and effectient and Dr. Locker was very nice and explained everything in detail. Prompt, courteous, friendly and thorough- just what I was looking for.

The visit was great as always. He always explains everything he is doing. He is calm and gentle and talks you through each procedure!

Always a pleasant experience! Weather it's a cleaning or a filling, there is never a "fear of going to the dentist" feeling. The entire staff is always so nice and are great with our kids!

I Felt comfotable

Dr Locker is an awesome dentist. The dealbreaker for me with Gentle Family Dentistry is that if you need a tooth pulled or a root canal or anything like that you can just get it done there. There isn’t any having to make an appointment with an oral surgeon and waiting a month to get in, you just make your appt and Dr Locker will take care of it. I’m a busy working mother and the flexibility of their scheduling is another dealbreaker. I am able to schedule my appointments during my lunch break at work. Dr Locker is very quick and also gentle. I’ve had extractions as well as a root canal done on my lunch break!

In for my routine cleaning and check-up. Kendra did a fantastic job as usual!

I had a cavity fixed today. The wait time was only minutes. Back to the room and set up right away. Doc came in and started the procedure. Everything was a breeze. He was quick, friendly, & very professional, as was his assistant. I would definitely recommend!

Kendra, the dental hygienist does a wonderful job with cleanings. She is very thorough, friendly, and always greats with a smile. Dr. Lockard is an amazing dentist. He makes you feel comfortable and does as he claims. He’s a painless dentist. I have always had a fear or dentists, but he makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. He does wonderful work that always makes me feel confident in my smiles.

I am very grateful for the kind treatment, I was given antibiotics and a full x-ray, with a follow up appointment for next week. All 3 of my daughters (from ages 5 to 15) had a great experience today.

Dr. Locher and the Team at GFD have been my Dental Care providers for more than 10 years now. They are the absolute best; friendly, efficient and genuinely concerned about my mouth! Everyone there was extremely friendly. Any visit to a dentist proves to be at least somewhat stressful. Either the actual dental work or the financial aspect. They made every step easier with their friendly and easy demeanor. Thank you for helping me find my new dentist office. My wife will be scheduling an appointment soon.

Wow, I wasn't sure that we were going to get through this routine visit since my 4 year old was not being cooperative, but you guys did a FANTASTIC job of working with him. Thank you! He had a "no cavity" visit and is now cleared to go into kindergarden. It is great to have a dentist that can handle every member of my family from the littlest at 4 years old to the most mature at 85 years old. So glad that we come to Gentle Family Dentistry.

Dental Hygienist and Dr. Locker were both great. They were polite, provided services in a very professional manner, and very gentle while working with my teeth. Dr. Locker provided very good detail regarding future appointment needs. Services are very reasonably priced. Comparing Gentle Family Dentistry to previous dentists, this was the first cleaning where my mouth and gums didn't hurt afterwards, and they did a very thorough cleaning and polishing using "old school" techniques, not the ultra-sonic scaler and salt water "sand blaster" that other dentists used.
