Dr.Ezra was so nice and answered all my questions with kindness and ease. What a breath of fresh air compared to the monster I saw a few weeks ago at another dental office in Brooklyn!

Had tooth extracted and Dr Ezra and staff were most professional and assuring during the entire process. I had no pain and was most grateful for the followup phone call later in the evening from Dr Ezra to see how I was doing. He truly is a caring and great surgeon. I recommend him highly!!!!

Dr. Ezra did a great job on my implants.

In my 36 years as a teacher in New York State. I was very impressed with Dr. Neal Ezra and his staff. They were true professionals and guided me every step of the way with my tooth implant. Thank you so much. This was a enjoyable experience.

This has to be worse dental office in the history of dental offices. First, they use a folded piece of paper as a sign in sheet. That has to be illegal. The office look unkept and dirty. I went to Dr Ezra's Lawrence Office, I had a tooth pulled and an implant done, no sedation, just novocaine. I had no pain during or afterwards. Great doctor, Would highly recommend him.

Visited Dr Ezra for my wisdoms. First I was nervous because i had a bad experience before with another doctor. But my experience with Dr Ezra was beyond great. I had cover for sedation so he put me to sleep and I didn’t feel any pain or anything. The last thing I remember is him giving me the IV and then woke up and he was done. NO PAIN at all. This is the worst facility I’ve ever experienced. This is disgusting and horrific that an office would provide such negligence. I went for a consult for a tooth extraction in October and was told I can’t get it extracted because they need authorization. I found out 3 months after that I didn’t even need an extraction authorization… theoughout the 3 months of suffering through this horrific pain I’ve been calling foe an update on the authorization and was told numerous times that my insurance hasn’t approved it yet. I reached out to my insurance to see the status and found out that it was never filed. I called the office to file it since it was never filed. I called my insurance again a week after and found out it was still not filed…. It took my insurance rep to reach out to have them file. Less then 72 hours i found out I didn’t t even need authorization which is ridiculous because they’ve been seeking auth on sedation not the procedure itself. According to my insurance I never needed one unless i wanted sedation and numerous times I said I didn’t. I’ve had my wisdom tooth removed with only local anesthetic. Unbelievable how negligent, harmful, and scam this office is. After finally getting the “auth” I called to make an appointment and their office was closed for nearly two weeks…. When my call was finally answered they wanted to give me an appointment for next year…. If I can give this office -0 to no stars at all. Dr. Ezra was incredible!!! I am a very hard stick for IV and a tough patient. He found my vein in a minute and made my tooth extraction experience so pleasurable!! Was painless and quick!! The Dr. is amazing with amazing staff as support!

They give you 8:30am appointments and you are not the only 8:30am. The receptionist has a sleeve Tatto on her arms is very nasty and arrogant. Trailer park trash attitude to black people. This office is a get in and get out kind of office, which can be a good thing or bad thing, depending on the patient. I was wary about going to this office but my experience was good, was not the best but it was not as bad as what other people experienced. Doctor was fine, but he looked rushed. The best of the best! Dr. Ezra listens to his patients. He provides the highest standard of care. The nurses and staff could not have been more welcoming or efficient. Dr Neal Ezra pulled my tooth under sedation. It was easy and absolutely painless. I recovered with no downtime, pain or side effects. Dr Ezra is an amazing oral surgeon and I highly recommend him. I was never greeted nor was my existence ever acknowledged.I was never instructed to sign in or anything.I just figured that the printer paper fold in half on the clipboard, with nothing but with three other names, on the coffee table away from the reception window with the blinds down; yeah that must be it. I showed up 10 minutes early so I can fill out any forms.My appointment was at 8:30am, and the waiting room was maxed out with 11 other people there.A receptionist started to lighting dash in and out of the waiting room to play hopscotch with the name sheet.Like why are people who are five names below me getting called before me? Just to come out with an initial take-in form? I walked out at 8:50.Just a sitting duck for 30 minutes. This was a dingy waiting area, in an older home.In what essentially is a covered porch basically.Dimly lit, just natural light from the windows.Dusty, thick aged dust.Surely it would have the most modern technological advances in dentistry behind the wall? What boils my blood is when made the appointment, she assured me that it was going to be in and out.It just was a consultation.I worked at 9am at an office a 5 minutes walk away.I told her I wouldn't brother asking my boss to start work late since she said it'd be probably 20 minutes when I booked.Are you even actually open before 9am? Althought my appointment was not that recent, i feel the need to share my experience when it comes to procedures involving your health care. I saw a review stating the Dr is very dismissive and I could not agree more. The first time I had to get a tooth pulled was a horrible experience. First of all the office is old and outdated, and the waiting area is uninviting. I was under the impression I was going to be put under for the procedure, unfortunately my insurance did not cover it. I obviously have no idea what to expect from this type of procedure, but I was absolutely terrified. I was d*mn near having an axiety attack and hyperventilating and all the doctor could do was sigh and huff puff. He seemed very agitated and annoyed by my fear. & he had the audacity to ask "Are you going to let me pull it out or not?" The NURSE was the only nice one trying to calm me down. I wanted to see the tooth and he blatantly dismissed me and walked out the room. I had a great experience during my procedure. The doctors performing the surgery were kind and efficient. They did it in a quick matter of time, and I feel better already.

Dr.ezra is an ANGEL, his work is impeccable. He did all my wisdom teeth, NO PAIN!! Ps I have no insurance and he worked with me.

Went to the Lawrence office. Had to have 3 extractions. Office was efficient, clean, and respectful. Saw Dr. Ezra..great bedside manner. I could see how some say he's a bit dismissive, but if you say it again he will respond without an attitude. I was put to sleep for the procedure. I have been a patient of Dr Ezra's for more years than I would like to count. However, I don't mind counting because Dr Ezra has taken what was once one of my most traumatic experiences, and has made it as easy as it could possibly be. I have had extractions and implants and each procedure is done with professionalism, care, and expertise. In addition, each procedure is painless and void of any emotional stress. I am very grateful that I found Dr Ezra and his wonderful staff. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a stress free oral surgery experience.

I went for my annual checkup with my regular dentist and he recommended I get a root canal. I then went to Dr Ezra. He put me to sleep and cleaned out the infection and now im totally fine without doing root canal. Thank you Dr Ezra!

All i can say is greed and dishonesty. Dr ezra pushes for cash and really doesnt care for his patients whatsoever. Then there is his receptionist who is just as dishonest as he is I had an appointment in his unregistered, unlisted, illegal office, where he only accepts cash. Real stealthy Dr. Ezra, however the IRS will catch up with you they always do. I strongly recomend staying away from this office. I was recently informed of the pending malpractice lawsuit against him. I wish doctors like this would do the community a service and go out of practice. All i can say is greed and dishonesty. Dr. Ezra is professional and always does a great job! I highly recommend him!

I had a great experience with this office. My tooth broke and I was scared to deal w it but Dr. Ezra put me to sleep and took it out so easily I didn’t even know it was done. Then he replaced it w an implant and it was just as easy. He saved me money over cost in NYC too. Highly recommend him!
