I've never commented on negative review before, but I just had to share my experience at this office. We arrived 5 minutes late for our appointment, but fortunately, the receptionist wasn't there while someone working inside did not assist us with the check-in process. so we waited until someone came to help us. A few minutes later, the front desk lady returned from outside and checked us in. We ended up waiting for the doctor for over an hour and asked the assistant how much longer we needed to wait more . She said the doctor was running behind schedule and it might be another 15 minutes, but we had to leave soon to pick up our kids from school. I let her know we had already been waiting for over an hour and our appointment is at 1 pm. She said she would check if the doctor could see us sooner. After 15-20 minutes, the doctor came and was really angry. He said I was 15 minutes late (which I wasn’t ) and threatened to discharge me from his practice if I showed such behavior again ( I just asked how much longer I need to wait more ). He told me that this wasn't my hair salon and that he didn't care about my personal schedule after i waited for him over a hour and 20mins . He said if I went to urgent care or the emergency room, I'd have to wait for 3-4 hours. “Go to urgent care to see a doctor “ I was shocked and speechless at his disrespectful comments to his patients. We had already waited for over an hour, and instead of apologizing for his lateness, he blamed his patients and spoke to us in a disrespectful way. It was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. I still can't believe how poorly he treated his patients. I assumed Dr. Ahmad was probably stressed and behind schedule, but patients are not his emotional trash cans. We deserve to be treated with respect and kindness, especially when we're seeking medical care.

Very neat and organized office. Love the service, all the staffs are caring and patient with the clients. My experience going there is really great!!

I had a very bad experience with Dr Nauman Ahmed. We had an appointment and we came on time yet had to wait for two hours for the doctor to come. I was with my son and didn’t want to wait any longer so asked if I should just reschedule if they were busy. The lady at the front desks told us it’s okay and that she would go get the doctor. The doctor finally came and he was furious. He started to yell at me in front of my child telling me to just leave if I wanted. He also refused to take anything we said seriously. My son had foot pain and instead of helping out he joked and told him to go buy better shoes. He seems to be manipulative and likes to gaslight his patients. His behavior was not professional by any means and I hope he faces consequences for his actions.

Maria is being rude in the front desk. Sadly she not have idea how to treat people nicely. Sorry for the doctor because he's a good doctor.

Been bringing my kids here since my oldest was a new born. Dr.Numan is the best along side with his medical assistant Jennifer such great healthcare professionals. They take the time to listen to your needs and guide you thru the right direction when it comes to the kids health. I definitely recommend bringing your baby's here you. Definitely won't be disappointed ♥️♥️????

Rather than demonstrating good medical evidence this medical doctor prefers to gaslight his patients. Specifically when asked about the differential efficacy of medical therapeutics, rather than demonstrating scientific evidence his approach was to gaslight his patients by claiming they don’t have medical degrees to be asking such questions. A good medical doctor provides evidence and engages in open dialog. As a result of questioning, he then refused to give my daughter her hepatitis a vaccine. I won’t be paying for his services.

Love to bring my kids here everyone that works there are all so friendly I live in Lakewood but I still make my kids get seen here

First time bringing my toddler here and it was a great experience for both. She had been seen by the same provider since birth but the Dr. moved, so we tried to find a new PCP closer to home. Unfortunately, the first clinic we visited wasn’t the best fit for us. One would think that all pediatric clinics are kid friendly, but ironically that is not the case. I did some google search and I’m so glad I found Dr. Ahmad. He is very formal, kind, and caring. The environment felt warm & welcoming from check-in to check out. It was very easy to schedule and communicate with staff.

I am new to Renton and was a little worried about finding a good doctor for im a new mom for the first time, but when I found Dr.Ahmad well it was great my son felt at ease even when he got his shots. Dr Ahmad is wonderful and was a great help. I think I have found my new primary care doctor for my son.

They put very little effort into stopping the constant influx of people walking in for Covid-tests instead of staying in their cars. It shows very little regard for the well-being of the children. My wife and I are both very busy and it isn’t easy to take time off work for our child’s doctor visits. They consistently canceled our son’s appointments 20-30 minutes prior wasting our time and leaving us worried about his health. Terrible experience. We recently had our 1st newborn and wasn't sure which pediatrician to go to. We met DR. Ahmad at the hospital we were staying and he made quite an impression. He was knowledgeable, sharp and had a sense of humor. He knew we were confused and provide better explanation before we even had a chance to ask. We are extremely glad we decided to entrust our baby to DR. Ahmad. Even after our 2nd visit at his office, he is still full of energy and genuinely care about our baby. Love how we are able to contact him through text and Medici app anytime of day and he would still respond. The only downside is that it can get very busy and we sometimes have to wait well beyond our appointment time. But that is something we are willing to give for that human connection. Terrible scheduling: We scheduled an appointment to meet a doctor 2 MONTHS ago and they keep and re-scheduling the appointment over and over again. After all of this re- scheduling and waiting, we come on time only to wait two HOURS to meet the doctor. This is ridiculous. I really disappointed in the inept scheduling of this pedriatrics. We took our newborn son to see Dr.Ahmad 3-4 times now and the experiences have been great. Knowledgeable and caring doctor. Staff are courteous. Easy to schedule appointments and convenient to get text reminders of upcoming ones. Highly recommended!

I was trying to get my kids back to their original doctor to get there T-Dapp shot done for school but they wouldn’t take my girls back I was desperate to find a good doctor for my girls so my sister told me about federal way pediatrician specialty and when I called they accepted my girls quickly and I was able to get my girls up to date with all shots and their T-Dapp shot highly recommend these guys they’re awesome with my girls and as a mother I appreciate the love and kindness they show my girls and I. My kids I’ve been going here since they were babies back before the doctors changed from dr Badyal to Dr. Ahmad. It has always been amazing and the staff really care. They always do follow up calls to see how my kiddos are doing. This clinic is so professional and quick. They really saved the day when we needed two back to back PCR tests for proceedures. Staff was very kind and fascillity was geared towards meeting the needs of all children, including my autistic son. Really positive experience would certainly recommend to anyone in our position.

Friendly and caring staff, welcoming atmosphere, greet you with smiles. Doctor is really nice and knowledgeable, cares about you and your kids, takes time to listen and explain, no rush or pressure. Kids had great time, even after getting shots!

We've been taking our children to Federal Way Pediatrician Associates since 2005. All staff have been amazing over the years. Dr. Badyal is very missed after his retirement but the practice now has Dr. Ahmad and he's fantastic! Both our kids really love coming to see the Doctor, even when their not feeling good. We always feel listened to, informed and never rushed. Staff is efficient, accommodating and skilled. Can't say enough good things about this practice. Today was my first visit at this clinic for a prenatal echo. I felt like Dr. Ahmad was very thorough and has wonderful bedside manner. Everything was very easy and smooth from scheduling to checking out. I really like the text system where you can ask questions and get appointment reminders. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

We love bringing our 3 boys to this doctors office!! All of the staff are so kind and welcoming. The office is very clean and decorated so cute. Dr. Ahmad is the most caring doctor we have met. I can call or message anytime and he always responds to my concerns promptly. And any time I have needed to bring my boys in when they were not feeling well they always accommodate and get us in ASAP to see the doctor. Best place to get a covid test super quick turn around for travel. Also they do infants for covid tests and are very gentle with the swab test. Had a great experience!
