I have been seeing Dr. Ho for approximately 10 years or more. He is very competent, takes his time with you to explain the results of your tests and any questions you may have about your tests/condition. He is caring and obviously very dedicated. I trust him with my life literally.

I appreciate Dr Ho's expertise and candor. It's comforting to know that he has my medical needs under control. Thank you.

I have been very disappointed. I waited over a week to receive my kidney results and still nothing. Ultrasound department stating they are waiting for doctor Ho or their assistant to follow up with them and not me. I was told by Dr Ho assistant to follow up with ultrasound department and see what is with results. I am very disappointed that I was told to do their job. About my health. Thank you!!! I only give this slightly lesser star, since I thought I would be seeing the dr....and not a nurse practioner!?. I guess since my recent labs were basically good to very good, with some negative readings, they though I would be OK with that. I was to a degree; but any " real' questions I had were short circuited by the dr not being there. Nothing I would make a big deal about usually...and did not think about til the survey. Our visit to your office was great, very informative. The staff was courteous and pleasant and very helpful. His nurse practitioner was thorough and explained what the blood test Showed.

We were there on time and met with the nurse who was very friendly. Shortly thereafter the Dr came in and visited with us. He was very friendly and said that he was pleased with my Mom’s progress. Excellent visit.

I believe Dr. Ho to be exceptional in all ways including: compassionate, kind, inquiring, thorough, patient, and explanatory. I have never left his office with a question unanswered. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Dr. Ho was so informative and thorough qhen seeing my father for the first time. My dad has stage 4 kidney disease. He has been not feeling well for quite some time. Afyer seeing Dr. Ho his whole attitude changed for the better. My father has been to 3 orher doctors since covid who did not seem to have any answers that were the least bit encouraging for my dad. Im so happy he was referred to us when the last one left his insurance group. Thank you Dr. Ho for your expertise and encouragement you have bestowed with my father. Very professional and personable. Makes me feel much more relaxed while reviewing health status and establishing future goals. I have total trust in Dr. Ho.

Staff is very helpful, and Dr. Ho is great— knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate!

The only issue was trying to get in touch with the appointment desk. Otherwise I had A five star visit. Dr Ho was familiar with my case and got right to diagnosing my issue.

Dr. Ho's office was very helpful and prompt in responding. After a brief conversation with the doctor by Zoom, he gave me an appointment for the same week instead of waiting another 2 weeks for my regular appointment. I appreciate the response and caring for my health Norman Harris

Very professional and informative

The visit went by quickly. After being taken back to a room weighed in & blood pressure taken a Nurse practitioner went over my history and most recent blood test results. Dr. Hi then came in reviewed my tests and he said he was pleased and just wants me to get another blood tests and week before my next appointment.

Dr. Ho is a great doctor. He takes time to discuss my kidney problems and understands my desire to be proactive. He's open to either in person, telephone or Zoom appointments. His office is professional and very helpful. I'd recommend him to anyone needing a kidney specialist. Terrell Presley

Dr. Ho is very clear about what his expectations regarding your health are. He sets goals and helps you get there. However he also listens to your thoughts in order to make proper treatment adjustments.

Dr Ho is a great doctor, he always has time to answer your questions and you can tell he’s genuinely concerned about your health.

He is a Nephrologist specialist. I understand this. He was so focused on objective data. There was no dialogue. I had many questions about how the body system inter-relate to current my chief complaint. I explained why I was referred to a nephrologist post kidney failure, CHF, pleural effusions and two TIA plus fluctuating Stage 2 HTN. I am 36 years old. My Endo, PCP, Neurologist and Cardiologist wanted me to reconnect with his speciality. My objective current labs WNL. I have BS in Biology and BS in Nursing for over 10 years. I never relay this education or career. It’s interesting to see how doctors dictate their patients without inquiring their socio-economic status and educational degrees. At the the end of day, he deferred all my questions, made his objective assessment and sent me home.
