Nathan Lamkin

I would recommend Dr Lamkin to anyone who feels the need to talk to someone. He's a patient listener who puts his clients first. I've had therapists who were more interested in their life than helping me with mine. He's helped me see the causes of my depression and helped me find answers I've been searching for. Now that he has opened a private practice away from WRPA, I wish him luck.

Dr. Lamkin is the most accepting and non-judgmental counselor I have ever seen. He listens. He doesn't sit there and jot notes down on a note pad or laptop while you talk. He actually sits there, makes eye contact with you and LISTENS to everything you say. He helped me more than any of the other counselors I have seen in my life. He enabled me to learn self-acceptance. I highly recommend a visit with Dr. Lamkin. It will change your life, and for the GOOD.

Nathan Lamkin was the first counselor I've seen that I've connected with. He's extremely patient and kind, and has helped me realize my harmful patterns of thinking. He's willing to talk about what you need to, whereas most other psychologists I've met tend to steer the conversation themselves.
