I've been calling and no answer for the past month.

Never answer their phone

so far, I haven't been able to contact this Dr.! the first time the phone kept disconnecting and the second time it asked for my "access code"! and there aren't many reviews of any kind? makes me wonder??/

Today is 10/12/2017, I been referring patients there for podiatry. When my patients come to my clinic, they get disappointed because the promise to deliver their medication and they don not give them a prescription. I have called today more that 15 times and they hang up the telephone line. I reported to the IPA and they will submit to the health plan. My senior patients are in need of your services. please work on you costumer service and administration otherwise i can not refer my patients there to you. Every time i call them I always get their answering machine, and it seems that these people don't know how to call back. The Doctor has a very heavy accent and cant really understand what he is saying . I took my daughter in because she has collapsed arch and the doctor made me feel like it was my fault for not noticing sooner. Also after the fitting for her inserts they told me they would call me back in 3 weeks to pick up the inserts and its been a lil bit more than a month and they are not ready .
