I was very pleased with all the staff and especially Dr. Nathan Baker. I went in for a root canal and was very pleased with it. The procedure was painless and I felt very comfortable the whole time Dr. Baker was wonderful and the staff was excellent Candice did a great job assisting and the best part was the beautiful lady working the desk Lorena she made my day. Horrible bedside manor, talking about his girlfriends and vacations while seething because he’s got short man complex. Delete this comment dr!

Glad to see someone had a good experience with mr. Baker here, but my experience was a bit different. This situation happened when i was in 7th grade (now almost a senior) and i went in for a root canal and this man traumatized me. I had a great experience with Dr. Baker! He did an excellent job of helping me with an infected tooth. In fact, he helped control the pain and made me comfortable enough to return to work that day. Thanks Dr. Baker and staff!

Had to have a root canal couple years back and found Apex and Dr. Baker somewhat randomly. Was so impressed with the experience, that when my son needed one recently there was no other choice to make! Wonderful bedside manner, calming, talked us through every step of the procedure, regularly checking in to make sure my son was ok and not feeling any pain. Called the next day to check up on him. I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Nate Baker! As a person that has somewhat of a phobia about going to the dentist, Dr. Baker was able to put me at ease and make me feel comfortable about my root canal. Shockingly, it was not a painful procedure and he did a wonderful job of getting to the “root” of the problem! He and his staff were professional and caring and I even received a follow up call to see how I was doing. Dr. Baker and his office went above and beyond my expectations and I appreciate the expertise and care I was given. I would highly recommend Dr. Baker if you ever need a root canal! Dr. Baker did a great job helping me with a painful tooth infection. He helped me so I was able to get back to work the same day. Thanks Dr. Baker and staff!!

Apex got me in quickly and Dr. Baker took great care of me. Who knew a root canal could be such a good experience? I honestly think I fell asleep while he was working. From the staff to the caring doctor, I really appreciate the service and would come to Apex again- though I hope I don’t have to:)

At this time, Mr Baker had horrible bed side manor and treated my 12 year old self, horrible and insensitive. Told me to stop crying while i was clearly in PAIN. This experience recently has shown me that i was traumatized and am now scared of dentists. Thanks Mr Baker! i wish i had an option to give you no stars.

Dr. Baker was great! He answered all my questions and was kind.

I have severe dentist anxiety and went into my panic attack before my procedure and let me tell you Dr. Baker was AMAZING!! I always feel some type of pain or feel like my dentist scarred my mouth. Well I had absolutely NO pain during my root canal NOTHING!! And after the numbness went away I felt fine. I will go to him anytime and recommend everyone especially if you've been traumatized before with another dentist. No worries here!

Dr. Baker is probably a very capable dentist, but he didn't seem to listen very well, and he spoke very quickly. I had read that this office took the time to explain things, but he did not. I think he's used to having lots of patients and rolling them though. Disappointed.
