Dr. Narendra Babu Vadlamudi

Very kind, explains things well, relates and talks directly with my child. I would recommended to everyone looking for a pediatric gastroenterologist.

A few years ago I switched my daughter from CHKDs GI to VCU...and what a huge difference Dr Vadlamidi and his staff (especially Karen Schmidt) have made! They are kind, truly listen to your concerns/issues and don't push unnecessary surgeries. My daughter finally began thriving under their care. I highly recommend him/VCU GI.

Dr.Vadlamundi is a wonderful doctor . He helped our daughter after years others who misdiagnosed her . His staff are top !!

Totally disagree with the negative reviews. My infant/toddler son had some confusing symptoms and was eventually suspected to have a rare liver condition... He needed many tests, check-ups, etc to try to identify the problem. Dr. V could not have been kinder throughout the months-long process, emailing us in the evenings, checking in with us... Very reassuring bedside manner. And he suspected a very specific liver issue that other GIs in town had not even considered. Highly recommend

This is absolutely one of the most kind, caring Dr's I have ever met. My 2 year old granddaughter swallowed a pendant and Dr. Vadlamudi did the procedure to remove it. He sat on the bed and talked to her, to make her feel comfortable with him. He kept us informed. He answered all our questions. I will forever be grateful for him. Highly recommend this Dr.

Poor communicator, listener, and diagnostician. Probably fine if you're a cut and dry patient with simple dietary problems.

Unable to think outside the box medically, does not respect his support staff or their opinion whom he recommends the patient be referred to, discounts test results he recommends, and does not follow up when any other reasonable doctor would do so--

Wonderful doctor. made my daughter feel so comfortable with him , yet very professional.
