Dr. Verma is great. He listens, asks detailed questions, and answers questions very thoroughly. At no time did I feel rushed. His examination and testing of me was also very thorough. We found him to be knowledgeable and he is quite pleasant. The staff was also friendly and efficient.

Staff were all courteous and saw me on time. Dr. Verma was thoughtful, thorough, and explained diagnostic process and conclusions very well.

I am the third generation of my family members who have attended this office, the sleeping rooms fantastic and a right in the office. It is extremely clean and sanitary. And most of all the staff is amazing. They speak the truth even if it's not in agreeance with the doctor. Lots of humor and laughing. The staffing in there makes my appointments so much better. They're so friendly and nice and they actually take the time to explain things to you and will joke around with you and they actually get to know you and take the time to pay attention to your life. Sleeping disorders mess up a lot of things, it's not just your sleep it's also your mood your mental capacity I remembering things being active excetera excetera it makes you extremely anxious to be normal and I have had this staff come in and just take time out of their own day to just talk to me and try to call me down and let me know everything's going to be okay. For me this place is a lifesaver. I have a bad case of narcolepsy and they take care of me better than I could even expect. So God bless all of you in the office at BG Tri-County neurology & sleep clinic. I have been to three different sleep doctors in this facility tops them all! Give it a try I promise you won't regret it.

I tried to call about scheduling an appointment and the individual who answered the phone hung up on me by accident or on purpose.. I called right back and tried to explain only for the front office to hang up on me again. So I called back again and this time they were rude.. I have nothing bad to say about the doctor but frankly if they cannot run their business how can they care for patients..

I'm extremely annoyed with the front desk people. I called 6 times to ask for help with online paperwork. I left two voicemails. NOONE EVER called back. When I finally showed up to ask for help in person, the lady at the front desk was rude and NO help. Instead, she gave me a paper copy and said to return same day, because they need it one day before the appointment. Even after I told her that I called two days in the row about the online form she said "you received the email like a month ago and you are filling in one now?" RUDE!!!!! anyway, I hope the Dr is worth all the nasties at the front office.

The front desk openly talks negatively about patients within ear shot of the lobby. They also made someone wait 15+ mins so that they could place their lunch order. I arrived early for an appointment, waited an hour before they told me they needed to reschedule. I did not have my new patient packet completed before hand, and that really annoyed the front desk. Apparently, they left a VM with instructions despite being told my VM doesnt work. And then proceeded to take it out on me for not hearing a VM I couldn't listen to. At least they are consistent- at treating people poorly. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The Doctor was great and took his time explaining to me the exact issue, causes, and remedies.

I met with Dr. Verma and it was a pleasant and informative session, filled with sound qdvice, as is always the case.

I had an excellent experience overall. The appointments with Dr Verma were thorough and not rushed. The sleep study took place in a clean facility and it was well organized. The attendant was caring and took the time to explain what was happening, the sleep monitoring steps, etc.

I appreciate the professional and courteous service, I was called almost immediately after filling out my form. Dr Verma are quite efficient, and I was even able to do my testing same day. The office is so clean and the staff is so nice!! Will definitely recommend!

I’ve never had an experience at a medical office as amazing as here. The office itself is very well taken care of. The staff is absolutely wonderful, starting from the front desk, who gave a very warm welcome as soon as I walked into the office. The supervisor was very attentive and more than happy to help with all the questions I had regarding my insurance. My visit was a walk-in, so I had to wait for few minutes. But it was well worth the wait. Dr. Verma was a big help. He answered my concerns, explained what to do next, and went out of his way to facilitate those steps quickly since I am moving out of the area soon.
