Hate giving bad reviews and as a parent this my 1st review and unfortunately, not a good. Waited to for daughter's appointment for 2months and when showed up for my appointment, was not accepted due to mistake of receptionist. Someone canceled their appointment and they got us off the list without notifying. Since I was on time for my appointment and they realized it was their fault. All I heard was sorry and make another appointment for which I had to wait another couple weeks. When contacted Dr. Yokois, she denied to see us and wanted to see the person they called in. Second visit to Dr. Yokois with our 6 year old granddaughter. Very impressed with Dr. Yokois. She certainly knows how to talk to children and nervous moms. She had lots of good advice and is very knowledgeable about current research. I love that she has a doable treatment plan. So happy that our pediatrician was able to get an appointment with such a top notch doctor so quickly. Dr. Yokois has been a blessing to our granddaughter.

Took my granddaughter in to see the doctor several weeks ago. She was very pleasant and took a lot of time talking to us. She sent my granddaughter straight to xray and to have bloodwork done. We heard back from her office the next day and will meet again with her soon. We were pleased that she listened to our concerns and addressed them immediately. She seemed very knowledgeable and very thorough. We appreciated the level of care our granddaughter received.

This doctor was incredibly rude to our nanny who brought our daughter in because I wasn’t out of town for work and my husband, who was initially going to take her, was deployed on an emergency basis. I would give her negative stars if I could. The way she spoke to my nanny was completely unacceptable and to add to it, she did so in front of our children. We will never be returning to this practice.

we have gone to Dr Yokois and each time we went she would say the same thing well we could try this well it is just my son never a solution to the problem. After taking all 3 kids to my son's appts and waiting to see her like all doc appts wait forever I cam to the conclusion that we were getting no where with this doctor so I told my pediatrician and my doctor said just continue doing what you are doing and do not go to dr Yokois since there was nothing being done by dr Yokois to fix the problem. He was doing better til this year we had problems again with his tummy so at his check up with his pediatrician she referred us to dr yokois again and when I called the office the person originally said may but when she found out we were returning patients she said oh nothing til june then I said I thought you said may she said that is only for new patients. since we are moving in june to another state in june that date was too late so I called my pediatrician ad they basically made dr yokois let us in may 8 when I arrived before 3 I guess they over booked because when I finally had to leave it was 3:50. I had to leave because my kids had to eat before the realator had to show the house that night so my son went without seeing dr yokois and when I left she was still with another patient. when they finally pulled us back the nurse said there were 2 before me and I was even early for my appt. I had to leave so Iasked if they would refund ny co pay since my son never got seen. the nuse said the manager would call me the next day to tell me it was refunded so they took my co pay took more then an hour of my time and still no appt for my son very disappointed in that kind of treatment. woulod not give any stars if I could but it makes you rate something. I still have not been refunded my co pay since we never got seen so now I not only have no help for my son but they got money from me when we were not even seen we have gone to Dr Yokois and each time we went she would say the same thing well we could try this well it is just my son never a solution to the problem.
