During my first appointment. I did not have long wait, i was seen right away. She was patient and really listened to me. We discussed my issues and goals and she gave me the best care I have received in a long time. When I left her office i was equipped with real solutions that day and information on what I could do daily to assist in my recovery. She made appointments for me to see other professionals to also assist in my care and recovery. I would definitely recommend her to my friend and family.

After being shuffled between 6 orthopedists at the bone factory in town, Dr Rolnik is a breath of fresh air. I need somebody to look at my whole body not just one joint here and another joint with a different doctor. The amount of time she took to listen to me was extraordinary. She was empathetic, at times horrified by what she heard, She explained her thoughts clearly and came up with a plan of attack to get me back to a healthy lifestyle. I look forward to my follow up visit. Her office staff is wonderful as well. She is so easy to schedule appointments with and called me with a cancellation since she knew I was hurting.

26 months ago I dislocated my right shoulder, fractured in three places, tore the rotator cuff and the labrum. I avoided surgery, but experienced a number of setbacks while rehabbing it (PT, cortisone injections, exercises, etc.) After one year, I consulted with Dr. Rolnik, who suggested injections of PRP and stem cells. After the first 4 weeks, I was able to restart PT/rehab and strengthened the shoulder effectively without the previous setbacks. The shoulder is now around 90% of pre-injury, 12 months out from the injections, I am very satisfied with the outcome. My aim was to be functional in daily activities (chores, gardening, handiwork, small projects) with minimal discomfort. At my age (74-years-old), athletic prowess was no longer my goal. That said, the outcome of the procedures exceeded my expectations. Dr. Rolnik was the right person to help me. She is astute, knowledgable, and demonstrates professional expertise with a great demeanor. The injections are an out-of-pocket expense so make sure the procedures fit your budget.

Dr. Rolnik is highly professional and knows her stuff. She gives full attention to her patient and goes beyond standards of practice. I will have more to say about the use of STEM cell therapy to help me recover highly damaged rotator cuff muscles in a couple of months.

Dr. Rolnik is a gem, super smart with a sensitive bedside manner. She did some prolotherapy injections in my ankle and a PRP injection in my knee, with great results so far. I am so lucky to have Dr. Rolnik treating me!. First and foremost she listens, she takes time with her patients, something very unusual in this day and age. She talks to you and not down to you and offers different approaches to treatment. I see Dr. Rolnik for my right knee which is worn out, from years of abuse. She offered several different approaches that didn’t include joint replacement surgery, and referred me to a wonderful physical therapy practice. I am doing so much better, thanks to her efforts and recommendations, but there is more. She treats the whole patient not just your particular symptoms and is genuinely interested in sharing her vast knowledge and experience to improve your quality of life. Thank-you again, Dr. Rolnik!! Dr Rolnik has treated various members of my family for over a decade. She is incredibly knowledgeable, competent, professional, and versatile in her offerings. She treated my elderly mother's dislocated shoulder after a fall, my husband following CrossFit injuries, and my middle schooler. She brings the latest knowledge and treatment modalities to her practice, ensuring her patients are getting best in class care. Moreover, she genuinely cares for her patients, as demonstrated by the time she takes to truly understand the presenting issue and carefully think through treatment options as well as by her follow up on recovery and commitment to patient satisfaction. The care/successful treatment received from Dr. Rolnik to address my problematic knee is a result of a long journey of trying to identify the problem and determining how to resolve it. Over a year ago, my left knee started hurting so much that my love of hiking had to stop. Walking just a mere 10-15 minutes was too painful and ended with throbbing pain and ice packs. After visiting various physicians, a chiropractor friend suggested having the knee x-rayed, which she reviewed and suggested researching the benefits of P2P (Platelet-Rich Plasma), stem cell and/or physical therapy. My research of various physicians who used these therapies AND had the best reviews led me to Dr. Rolnik. Our first meeting was a thorough discussion of the osteoarthritis in my knee, which resulted in a choice to use the PRP procedure. She performed one injection procedure with no infection or problems from the procedure and within a few weeks, my knee DOES NOT hurt. I can walk for much longer periods, which in my world is a miracle and an answer to my prayers. Dr. Rolnik is one of the most caring physicians I have encountered. She is also one of the few who will take the time to collect the background/history of a patient, listen, answer a ton of questions, and then work with you to determine the best treatment for you. Hands down, she is the best! PRP done right is Game. Changing. I am the archetype of the extreme sports guy. Came up rolling hard and never stopped. Problem is I am over 40 and used to healing up quickly. I was sidelined with a double rotator cuff injury from a stiff-arm ski fall 2 years ago. I got the MRI and they detected the common supraspinatus, rim-rent (insertion) lesion. I was a good boy and did the prescribed pendulums and external rotations for months, with little improvement. Spent thousands on supplements, trying to avoid surgery. Doctors said everything from "This will heal in 12 weeks." To "This will never heal on its own. We need to cut you." I went through a series of orthos in multiple states, chiropractic, deep tissue massage, acupuncture, in addition to an intense regimen of stretching. Problem was I had a labral tear, also, indicated by tests but not an MRI. I found Dr. Rolnik online and immediately liked that she bothered to talk to me, and was kind and genuine. Other clinics wanted hundreds of dollars for a consult. And you would never get a doctor on the phone. When I went in, I saw an office creatively reflecting what she (and her great team) was/were about. I got a PRP (platlet-rich plasma) shot in December, to my rim-rent injured area. 6 weeks later we followed-uo with a shot to the labrum for that SLAP tear. Dr. Rolnik advised we go in from the posterior, which I didn't understand. Glad we did: The results were not overnight, but took 2 weeks! I can do push-ups again. I can throw a baseball. I have a dumb party trick where I pick someone up over my head. Not advised but I did it! This injury - for 2 years - had stopped me in my tracks and it is all but gone in a couple months. The pain was disrupting my social, physical, and professional life. My mojo is tied to getting in the game, and I felt bad about my life. Dark times. Dr. Rolnik gave my functionality back to me. PRP is all about delivering rebuilding elements that blood takes a long time to deliver, to the right locale - and that is an art. A shot in the wrong place won't work. And the shoulder is tricky. Outcomes for rotator cuff surgery - in a recent meta-study - are equal to DOING NOTHING AT ALL. There are minimally-invasive techniques available now. There are times when surgery is advised. But too often it is not. A mideval mentality (cut and medicate) should not push you to damaging God's work. Dr. Rolnik does a bunch of other stuff, but look into PRP for any connective tissue injury, including tendonitis. And for this, I would not go anywhere but Remedy. PRP done right is Game. Changing. I had hurt my right ring finger. I delayed and finally went to a hand specialist. By this time it was triggering frequently. He administered a numbing injection and then cortisone. Both were quite painful but after a week or two all pain was gone for about 6-8 weeks, but then it came back. So I went again. Only this time, he did the needle sneak attack and it was excruciating. And the 2nd time I got only modest relief. One more and it would be surgery. So, I decided it was time to try a different doc. Dr. Rolnik had good reviews and I decided to give her a try. I liked that I felt comfortable in the office and we had a nice conversation, I wasn't threatened with the prospect of surgery. In fact, it was not an option for her. She applied numbing cream and an ice pack for as long as I needed and it helped alleviate the pain of injection greatly. I've had 2 rounds and the finger is steadily improving. It might take a few more visits, but I can handle that here. Highly recommended!

I have been seeing Dr Rolnik for a few years now and her level of care is hard to beat. We have gone through back, knee and foot issues with sprains, strains, and tears (as in torn ligaments and meniscus, not crying!). Each and every time she has listened to the issues, helped identify realistic recovery goals (usually getting back on skis) and a plan to get there. The most recent episode involved a flap tear (two perpendicular tears) of the meniscus. Although we discussed surgical alternatives her recommendation was to try a stem cell injection. We agreed on this course of action. 4 months after the injection I was without pain and back on the slopes, with a little over 6 months elapsed the knee is even stronger and pain free even at the end of a long ski day. So I highly recommend Dr Rolnik and would advise paying close attention to her recommendations and treatment alternatives! I came to Dr. Rolnik prior to having back surgery for a nerve issue and after speaking with her about what I had and what I had not tried for the issue I decided to postpone surgery and try a number of other treatments to work on the problem. She listened carefully and asked a lot of questions about my work, my hobbies, my nutritional practices and stress level to understand what areas of my lifestyle might benefit from changes. After meeting with Dr. Rolnik I made a number of changes that have reduced the amount of stress in my life, am focusing on diet and exercise improvements, and am also incorporating other pain reduction and pain management practices into my life. Even if I ultimately do need surgery I am extremely pleased with the changes that I have made as they support a much more healthy and happy lifestyle. Dr. Rolnik spent a long time listening to my shoulder pain history and my experiences with other doctors. We discussed a reasonable plan to get me back to the activities that I love to do. I am on the road to recovery thanks to Dr. R.

My previous doctor told me to get a knee replacement. Dr. Rolnik gave me options for standard and alternative treatments and explained them each extensively (never in a rush for time) along with the pros and cons. We looked at conventional treatments, A2M, stem cells, (Lipogems), PRP, Fat Grafting, etc. . . We also looked at nutritional services with the nutritionist, Leasa Woods at Remedy Sports Regenerative Medicine. End result, my knees feel like they did 20 years ago; I don't see a knee replacement in my near future anymore. From initial visit, to follow up care Dr. Rolnik is hands down the best medical experience I have ever had. I wish Dr. Rolnik could be my doctor for all my medical needs.

Dr. Rolnik is the best! Several years ago she treated my knee injury and helped me get back on the field in time for college soccer. She is passionate about her work and is very engaging with patients. I would highly recommend her to others! Thank you again Dr. Rolnik.

Dr Rolnik is a gem for athletes...she understands the sports overlay and how it informs traditional medical approaches...she cares enough so that you both understand what she is doing and why...and her warmth as a person and fellow athlete sets her apart as an outstanding doctor.

Dr. Nancy Rolnik is great. I've seen Dr. Rolnik a few times, for a hurt shoulder and (separately) a hurt finger from waterpolo, and a pulled back from baseball. Dr. Rolnik is practical and thorough in examinations--one time she ordered an x-ray, but other times she deemed that not necessary. She does not over-prescribe. She gives good advice for both short-term pain-relief and performance, and also for long-term prevention. And she's friendly, non-nonsense, and dare I say fun (for a doc!). Dr. Nancy Rolnik is great. Dr. Rolnik has taken care of our whole family for almost 5 years. I trust her advice. I am most thankful for the treatment and ongoing consult she provides to my young 10 year old athlete. She is thorough and realistic. She asks the right questions and listens. She always takes time to explain the issues, give clear guidance on how to get better, and prevent injuries. She has helped tremendously with giving tools to fix injuries and prevent them. We love Dr. Rolnik! Dr. Rolnik has taken care of our whole family for almost 5 years. I trust her advice. As a profession, I work with physicians on a daily basis but I am patient of Dr Rolnik's and I have to say she is the absolute best, most patient, most caring physician I have ever met! HIGHLY RECOMMEND - seriously, she is amazing and I cannot thank her enough for the taking such amazing care of me! GO SEE HER! I would say run, don't walk to her but if you need to see her - you are very likely to be struggling with both of those things in the first place.

Dr. Rolnik is wonderful. She is caring and spends time listening to her patients. I came to see her after seeing a podiatrist for PF and not getting any better after 2 months. I was happy that she did imaging on my foot (when I did not have that done by the original doctor). She mentioned to keep doing many of the things I was already doing and also referred me to PT. After about a month I was able to start running again!! My PF is not completely healed but I am so happy to be able to run again

I have been treated by Dr. Rolnick for both an injured achilles and carpal tunnel problems. I highly recommend her. Dr. Rolnick takes the time to talk thoroughly with the patient so that she has a comprehensive understanding of the patient, their activity level and the injury. She considers the treatment that is most appropriate for each case. Her treatments in my cases have been very successful.

Dr. Rolnik treated me for acute bursitis in early 2015. She took her time answering all of my questions and her recommended treatment was very effective. I went back to see her for a check-up a few months later and she was very patient when I asked her about pain in my hands. I highly recommend her as a highly capable, emotionally intelligent and caring doctor. Dr. Rolnik treated me for acute bursitis in early 2015.
