I have been a patient of Dr Nancy Olson for 6 years now - she is an amazing diagnostician - truly listens and is very thorough. I highly recommend her to anyone for rheumatological or allergic concerns. I have never experienced a long wait in her office in the 6 years I have been seeing her and I usually go every 3 months (until Covid happened of course). She also up to date on her medical knowledge so no worries about her pushing dated medical advice. Went to see Dr. Olsen twice a few months back and was beyond unhappy with how she handled things when it came to my health. Quick to prescribe drugs even though I mentioned I didn't want to take that route. She just kept pushing steroids that in the long run I would need to be wend off. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Sat waiting for over an hour with my sick son. Dr. Olson is consistently ALWAYS behind. You will always have to wait. It looks Like they have no idea what the front desk is doing. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Dr. Olson is an amazing doctor. I saw an allergist at a well known KC allergy clinic. I had chronic hives. The first allergists said we never know what cause hives. He did not take a medical history or run any tests. He gave me medicine that knocked me out. When I saw Dr. Olson, I did not tell her I had seen another allergist. She ran did a thorough evaluation and ran tests. She figured out my hives. I have had two other doctors tell me that they are surprised she ran the tests she did and discovered the cause of my hives. I have been seeing her for 15 years. She continues to be thorough and compassionate doctor.

Dr. Nancy Olson has 100% changed my husband's life. We scheduled his first consultation in December 2018. Within hours, Dr. Olson had my husband on a new biological medication that his gastroenterologist surgeon of 10 years would not even discuss with him. Dr. Olson continues to amaze us! With his consult today, she has once again came up with a critical care protocol for my husband. We highly recommend Dr. Olson! Answered prayers for a physician that listens & who truly cares about her pts.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nancy Olson at ARCKC for the last six months. In that time, she has changed my health remarkably for the better. She is a brilliant physician who is a breath of fresh air! She really listens; she takes time with the patient, and she follows up. Dr. Olson truly cares about people and she is one of the best doctors I've ever had (and I've had a few). She is practicing 21st century medicine, using a superior intellect to come up with out of the box solutions that really work. Dr. Olson is not in my participating insurance plan, but I save up to pay her to keep her on my case. Her office works with me on installment payments. I like Dr Olson as she has helped me work on getting better. She listens well and helps me come up with a plan. If that plan doesn't work we create a new one. I will not, however, refer anyone to her due to her uncaring staff! Phone calls are never returned, they forget to let the Dr know they put you in a room, meds aren't ordered, etc.

This doctor is not board certified in rheumatology. She is an allergist. If you need a rheumatologist, I urge you to find someone who is board certified in rheumatology.

I have only had one appointment with Dr. Olson and I will not have any further because of the nursing staff. The nursing staff didn't return calls timely (over 24 hours with no response) and could not answer any of my questions. They didn't even offer to try to get answers for my questions. I could not understand one of the nurses due to her heavy accent and the only other nurse is new and had no clue what was going on. The MRI order sent to the hospital was the worst orders they had ever seen.

I was shocked to read a negative review and I must share our experience. After a long string of visits to the pediatrician for asthma treatments and months of almost sleepless nights,we took our son to Dr. Olson, an allergy specialist. She got him on track and healthy in a matter of days. Our son has serious cat allergies and many other allergies. Dr. Olson has helped our son stay healthy for the past 19 years. Dr. Olson's an absolute professional and we're grateful for her care for our son.

She didn't listen to me, never cracked even the smallest smile and seemed like she didn't want to be there. She wasn't very thorough and when I called the office to switch providers because we didn't click very well, I was told I would just have to stick with her. WRONG. I switched offices and got a new doctor. I am so glad I got out of there.
