One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a healthcare provider. I saw Dr. Morewitz when she practiced at Bon SECOURS Maryview Hospital. Upon meeting Dr. Morewitz, I knew straight away that her years of practicing medicine had waned. She appeared tired, apathetic, and disinterested in hearing about my medical issues. She even wrote in my After Visit Summary that she spent 90 minutes with me, when in reality the visit was for 15 minutes during which time I had to prod her for information. Needless to say, I walked away from the appointment feeling like my time was wasted and that my concerns were not addressed.

STAFF IS RUDE. AS FAR AS THE DOCTOR SHE IS WORSE THAN HER STAFF. DOES NOT LIKE TO EXPLAIN MUCH AND IF YOU ASK HER A QUESTION SHE FEELS SHE ALREADY ANSWER SHE GET BELLIGERENT. EVEN ONE START IS TO MUCH TO GIVE THIS PRACTICE. I AM 47 YEARS OLD AND HAVE NEVER EXPIRENCE SUCH A POORLY ATTITUDE FROM ANY DOCTORS OFFICE.

Just bad, bad, bad

HORRIBLE STAFF!!!! Dr. Morewitz is rude as well and sarcastic. Lazy office.

I went to Dr. Morewitz when she was in Hickory, NC. I was having daily weird neurological symptoms for 6 months that other neurologists didn't know how to manage. She diagnosed it as complicated migraines and put me on Lamictal (off-label for migraines). This gave me my life back! At the time, there was no generic, and I was uninsured. Her office helped me with paperwork to get the drug free from the company. I will always be grateful.
