Dr. Nancy Terrell Maller

My daughter’s serious chronic health concerns caused her to have to be treated at Poudre Valley Hospital many, many times over the past six years. On several of those visits her interactions with hospitalist, Dr. Maller were so profoundly negative and unpleasant that she ultimately pronounced that she would rather die than be admitted to PVH. We witnessed such treatment twice and were appalled. Whenever possible she would choose to go to another hospital, but often it was necessary for her to go to PVH. Several times she actually left, “Against Medical Advice” rather than be admitted. It is a shame that this fine young woman, who was an outstanding RN herself, had to endure such challenges in the course of her her medical treatment. Sadly, she recently died at age 32.
