**Took 3 weeks to get my glasses **Received the wrong prescription **Waited another 2 weeks for them to put in correct prescription **My insurance carrier said I was charged $150 more than I should have been for out of pocket expenses **Spoke with Dr. Loveland about being over charged **Waited 3 weeks and Dr. Loveland never got back to me **You can’t get through to office number, always busy **Left several messages that were never returned. **During time of Covid the waiting room was always packed **Provided an extra screening without telling me my insurance wouldn’t cover. Extra $200 charge Worst experience I have ever had in a physician’s office. Extremely unprofessional. I would leave zero stars if I could.

Very satisfy with service provided. I already recommend to my friends. They also visited and happy with recommendation.
I have been going to Dr. Loveland for years. She does a very thorough exam and never makes me feel rushed. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all my questions. She is more thorough than the ophthalmologist I used to go to. I'm so glad I found her.
