That review last month sure didn’t describe the Dr. Leslie I saw. When we met she talked about what we would do. The next time I could tell she read my medical reports by the way she discussed it with me. When I didn’t understand something, she explained it again. She set the evaluation for our next visit and told me all about it. During the evaluation she was patient and kind and seemed to really care. Later she told me what she recommended and sent to my doctor. I know she can help others.

Rude and incompetent. You're better off traveling out of town to find a competent, compassionate doctor.

I have known Dr. Leslie for 15 years and have referred others to her for evaluations. Due to unexpected events a few years ago, I became a client. I have experienced firsthand her unique combination of professionalism, caring, openness, acceptance and availability rarely shown by therapists. Her interaction with other providers and making referrals reflect her confidence in her abilities as a therapist and acceptance of the tenet that others can be a valued part of the therapeutic equation.

She had a belittling and abusive attitude, extremely prejudiced, and without consulting the supporting evidence we brought with us, (TBI-we brought hospital records of his hospitalizations from the time of the incidents, she refused to read it because she said it didn't happen), and without doing any evaluation procedures herself, she in effect told us that she believes we are lying about his problems and that if she does any testing her report will say that he is faking his difficulties.
