She is extremely rude and treats her staff very rudely. On several visits, I heard her yelling at her staff outside the treatment door for minor issues. She scheduled me for a surgery that was not appropriate and 2 physicians giving second opinions all agreed that what she was going to do was not correct. Her staff is afraid of her and they apologized to me for how rude she was when I said I was going to get a second opinion. She appears to be very insecure to me.
