Dr. Nancy K Demore

This Dr doesn't listen to the cares and concerns of her patients. To every question asked the answer is *'thats not standard care*' what about what's best to save lives?? My tumor was pea sized so why am I breastless? I asked for chemo first and was told that the tumor was small already but what about the biology of the tumor (Her2positive) I should've been given the best options NOT STANDARD! Dr. DeMore is an excellent surgeon and took time to listen and explain the procedure to me. Very compassionate.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this doctor. She performed a surgical procedure, without explaining in detail how the outcome will turn out. The surgery was very poorly performed, and left a huge scar that I will have for life. Best advice, find another doctor.

Dr. Demore was my surgeon at UNC Chapel Hill, when I was diagnosed with breast cancer in April 2013. She was a great doctor and very encouraging and sympathetic in conversation with patient. I highly recommend Dr. Demore to anyone looking for an outstanding doctor.
